MORNING

07:45 – 08:15: Vietnam Tourist's tour guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel in Da Nang City Center. After a brief introduction and check-in, depart for Sun World Ba Na Hills, one of Vietnam's most iconic mountain resorts, famous for its year-round cool climate, breathtaking scenery, and world-class attractions.

09:00: Arrive at Ba Na Hills Cable Car Station and begin your unforgettable journey aboard the world-renowned cable car system, recognized with multiple world records. During the ride, enjoy spectacular panoramic views of lush forests, waterfalls, and the surrounding mountains.

Upon arrival, visit the world-famous Golden Bridge, an architectural masterpiece gracefully supported by two giant stone hands rising above the mountains. Take time to capture memorable photographs while admiring the magnificent views.

Continue to Le Jardin D'Amour, a beautiful complex of nine uniquely themed gardens featuring colorful flowers, elegant European landscaping, romantic walkways, and peaceful surroundings. Guests will also experience the Mountain Railway, offering a scenic ride through the mountains before enjoying free time to visit Linh Ung Pagoda, home to a magnificent Buddha statue and tranquil gardens overlooking Da Nang.

AFTERNOON

11:00: Continue your adventure aboard the Mountain Railway No. 2, traveling toward the impressive Moon Castle area. Explore fascinating attractions including the Sun Waterfall, Dragon Cave, Wolf Cave, and enjoy the immersive "Flying Eyes" 4D Airship Cinema, offering a unique multimedia experience suitable for visitors of all ages.

12:00: Enjoy a delicious international buffet lunch featuring more than 68 dishes at Four Seasons Restaurant or Beer Plaza Restaurant.

13:00: Spend the afternoon exploring Fantasy Park, Vietnam's largest indoor entertainment center. Enjoy a wide variety of exciting attractions, including the Love Wheel, Skiver, Fire Race Track, Windmill, Spider Tower, Free-Fall Tower, and many other interactive games suitable for both adults and children.

Alternatively, guests may choose to explore the charming French Village, admire its European-inspired architecture, visit cafés and boutiques, or simply relax while enjoying the refreshing mountain atmosphere atop Chua Mountain.

16:00: Gather at the cable car station for your descent to the foot of the mountain.

17:00 – 17:30: Meet your driver for the return transfer to your hotel in Da Nang.

- Unused entrance tickets are non-refundable if guests choose to skip any attractions.

4.Insurance: Travel insurance with a maximum coverage of VND 30,000,000 per guest per case.

5.Tour Guide: Professional, friendly, and experienced English-speaking tour guide throughout the trip.

6.Complimentary:

CHILD POLICY

Children aged 5 years and above: Charged at the adult rate (100% of the tour price).

Children under 5 years old: Charged at 85% of the adult tour price.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- A surcharge may apply during public holidays, Tet (Lunar New Year), and peak travel periods.

- The itinerary may be adjusted due to operational conditions; however, all scheduled attractions and services will remain unchanged.

- Guests are kindly requested to arrive at the designated pick-up point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals or no-shows without prior notice will be treated as cancellations on the departure day, and cancellation charges will apply.

- Children must travel with their parents or a legal guardian. If traveling with another adult, a written authorization may be required. Please bring the child's birth certificate or passport for verification.

- Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and valuables throughout the tour.

- At the time of booking, please provide your full name, date of birth, passport or identification number, date of issue, and place of issue.

- The tour itinerary serves as the agreement between the customer and Vietnam Tourist. Any questions or complaints will be handled in accordance with the tour program and payment receipt.

- For safety reasons, the tour is not available for pregnant guests who are 6 months or more into their pregnancy.

- Guests aged 70 to 74 years are required to sign a health declaration and liability waiver before joining the tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY

(Not applicable during public holidays and Tet holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as business days.)

If you cancel your tour, the following cancellation charges will apply:

After booking confirmation: 30% of the total tour price.

07 business days before departure: 50% of the total tour price.

03 business days before departure: 70% of the total tour price.

Within 24 hours prior to departure or in case of a no-show: 100% of the total tour price.

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
