DAY

DA NANG – CHAM ISLANDS - DA NANG (Meal: Lunch)

MORNING

07:30: Vietnam Tourist's tour guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel, Da Nang International Airport, railway station, or a designated meeting point in Da Nang City. Depart for Cua Dai Port, where your guide will introduce the fascinating history of Da Nang, Hoi An Ancient Town, and the rich cultural heritage of Central Vietnam.

08:45: Board a modern high-speed canoe for an exciting journey to Cham Islands, a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve located approximately 12 nautical miles off the coast of Hoi An. Enjoy the refreshing sea breeze and beautiful views of the East Sea during the cruise.

09:15: Arrive at Bai Lang, the main fishing village and cultural center of Cham Islands. Explore the peaceful island lifestyle while visiting several of its most significant landmarks.

Visit the Cham Islands Marine Protected Area, where you will learn about the island's unique marine ecosystem, diverse coral reefs, and rare marine species that make this destination one of Vietnam's most important conservation areas.

Continue to the Cham Islands Exhibition House, showcasing the island's fascinating history, culture, and traditional way of life. Visit the Ancient Cham Well, a freshwater well dating back to the Champa Kingdom that continues to supply fresh water throughout the year. The journey also includes a visit to Hai Tang Pagoda, a peaceful Buddhist temple with centuries of history, and Tan Hiep Market, where you can observe local daily life and browse a variety of island specialties.

10:30: Transfer to Bai Ong Beach, one of the island's most beautiful beaches. Here, enjoy free time for snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters and discover the vibrant underwater world, home to colorful coral reefs and a rich variety of tropical marine life. Snorkeling equipment, including a snorkeling mask, snorkel, and life jacket, will be provided.

AFTERNOON

12:00: Enjoy a delicious seafood lunch at a local restaurant, featuring fresh island specialties prepared with authentic local flavors.

After lunch, relax on the beach, swim in the clear blue sea, or simply unwind while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and stunning natural beauty of Cham Islands.

14:30: Gather at the designated meeting point and board the high-speed canoe for the return journey to the mainland.

15:30: Arrive at Cua Dai Port, where your vehicle will be waiting to transfer you back to Da Nang. Guests will be dropped off at their hotel or the original pick-up location.

16:30: Arrive in Da Nang.

Entrance fees: All entrance tickets as specified in the itinerary. Admission tickets are non-refundable if guests choose to skip any attractions or activities included in the itinerary.

Insurance: Travel insurance coverage up to 30,000,000 VND per person per case.

Tour guide: Enthusiastic, experienced, and attentive English-speaking tour guide service.

Complimentary: Vietnam Tourist travel hat, 500ml bottled water per day, and cold towels.

VAT 8%: VAT invoice available upon request. Please provide details to our sales staff.

TOUR EXCLUDES

Personal expenses : Laundry, meals outside the program, and freshwater shower services at sightseeing spots.

Attractions: Entrance fees for any attractions not included in the itinerary.

CHILD POLICY

Children aged 5 years and above: Charged at the adult rate (100% of the tour price).

Children under 5 years old: Charged at 85% of the adult tour price.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Surcharge will apply for tours during public holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year).

- The itinerary order may be changed, but the number of activities remains the same.

- Guests must be present at the pick-up point at least 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals after the coach has departed or cancellations without prior notice will be charged as a “no-show on departure day.”

- Children must be accompanied by their parents or must have a written authorization letter from a guardian. A birth certificate or passport is required when participating in the tour.

- Guests are responsible for managing their own money and personal belongings during the trip.

- Upon booking, guests are required to provide full details including full name, year of birth, ID/Passport number, date of issue, and place of issue.

- The tour program serves as a binding agreement between the customer and the company. Any inquiries or complaints will be resolved based on the program terms and payment receipt.

- Pregnant guests of 6 months or more are not accepted on tours for safety reasons.

- Guests aged from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health commitment with the company.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- Not applicable for cancellations on public holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted.

In case of tour cancellation, the following cancellation fees will apply:

If the ticket is cancelled after purchase: 30% of the tour price.
If cancelled 07 days before departure: 50% of the tour price.
If cancelled 03 days before departure: 70% of the tour price.
If cancelled within 24 hours before departure: 100% of the tour price.

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
