TOUR INCLUDES

Transportation: Modern tourist vehicle for sightseeing in Da Nang.
Accommodation: 3–5-star hotels with full amenities. Standard occupancy: 2–4 guests per room.
Meals:
Breakfast: 1 local breakfast (noodle bowl and drink) and 2 buffet breakfasts at the hotel.
Main Meals: 4 set-menu meals (VND 170,000 per person per meal). A varied menu is served with different dishes for each meal.
Entrance Fees: Admission tickets as specified in the itinerary, including:

• Hoi An Ancient Town entrance ticket

• Bay Mau Coconut Forest entrance ticket
Insurance: Travel insurance with a maximum compensation of VND 30,000,000 per person per case.
Tour Guide: One experienced, enthusiastic, and professional English-speaking tour guide.
Complimentary Gifts: Travel hat, 500 ml bottled water (1 bottle per day), and cold towel.
VAT: 8%. If you require a VAT invoice, please contact our staff and provide the necessary billing information.

TOUR EXCLUDES

Beverages during meals.

Personal expenses and any additional sightseeing costs not mentioned in the itinerary.

Optional attraction ticket: Ba Na Hills cable car ticket.

CHILD POLICY

Children under 5 years old: Parents or accompanying adults are responsible for the child's meals, accommodation, and entrance fees (if any). Two adults may accompany one child under 5 free of charge. From the second child onward, a 50% tour fare applies. An additional seat charge of 30% of the tour price per child applies upon request.
Children from 5 to under 11 years old: Charged 70% of the tour price, including meals, a seat on the vehicle, and shared bedding with parents. Two adults may accompany only one child in this age group at the child rate. From the second child onward, the adult rate applies.
Children aged 11 and above: Charged the adult rate and entitled to the same services as adults.

BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY

• Upon booking, guests are required to pay a deposit of 85% of the total tour price and provide a copy of their Passport, ID Card, or Birth Certificate.
• The remaining balance shall be paid to the tour guide at the beginning of the tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY

This tour is non-refundable and non-cancellable.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Guests aged 70 to under 75 must sign a Health Commitment Form. Guests aged 75 and above must provide a medical certificate confirming they are fit for international travel, sign the • Company's Health Commitment Form, and be accompanied by a family member under 60 years old who is in good health. Guests aged 80 and above are not accepted.
• Pregnant guests must inform our sales staff at the time of booking for further consultation.
• For safety reasons, guests who are 5 months pregnant or more are not accepted.
• Vietnamese nationals: Adults and children aged 14 and above must carry the original valid ID Card or Passport. Children under 14 must carry the original or certified copy of their Birth Certificate.
• Foreign nationals and Overseas Vietnamese: A valid original Passport or Permanent Residence Card (if applicable), together with a valid Visa and Vietnam re-entry permit (if required), must be presented for flight check-in.
• Guests are responsible for any airline charges incurred due to incorrect personal information or late arrival at the airport, including ticket change fees or the purchase of a new ticket (subject to seat availability).
• After completing airline check-in and receiving your boarding pass, please keep it carefully and board the aircraft on time. Vietnam Tourist is not responsible for lost boarding passes or missed flights.
Baggage allowance:
• Carry-on baggage: Up to 7 kg per guest (maximum dimensions: 56 × 36 × 23 cm).
• Checked baggage: 15 kg per guest.
• Guests are requested to arrange their own transportation to Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Domestic Terminal) at least 2 hours before departure on regular days and 2.5 hours before departure during public holidays.
• Please read the Ticket Terms and Conditions carefully before booking. If someone books on your behalf, please ensure you receive all relevant tour information.
• Hotel check-in time is after 2:00 PM, and check-out time is before 12:00 PM.
• Hotel/resort room locations, floor assignments, and bed types (double or twin) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• Single travelers are required to pay a single-room supplement. If another guest of the same gender is available and willing to share a room, the supplement will be refunded.
• Groups of three adults will be accommodated in one triple room with one 1.6 m double bed and one extra bed or mattress.
• Please read the itinerary, tour price, inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation policy carefully before booking. If another person books on your behalf, please obtain all necessary information from them.
• Flight schedules are subject to change by the airline without prior notice.
• The order of sightseeing may be adjusted due to operational conditions while ensuring all attractions in the itinerary are included.
• Vietnam Tourist shall not be held responsible for changes caused by natural disasters, security incidents, or airline-related issues.
• In such cases, Vietnam Tourist will consider refunding the cost of unused services, after deducting any expenses already incurred (such as visa fees), where possible. No additional compensation shall be provided.

I. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH LẺ GHÉP ĐOÀN:

1. Đặt dịch vụ trực tiếp tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
