MORNING
04:00: Meet your Vietnam Tourist tour guide at Noi Bai International Airport and complete the check-in procedures for your flight to Dong Hoi, Quang Binh.
06:00: Upon arrival at Dong Hoi Airport, meet your local guide and transfer to a local restaurant to freshen up and enjoy breakfast before beginning your sightseeing journey.
08:15: Visit Vung Chua – Yen Island, a peaceful coastal destination overlooking the East Sea and the final resting place of General Vo Nguyen Giap, one of Vietnam's most respected national heroes. Pay your respects at the memorial before taking in the breathtaking coastal scenery and enjoying a leisurely walk along the pristine shoreline, an ideal location for memorable photographs.

11:30: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
AFTERNOON
13:00: Continue to Da Nhay Beach (Jumping Rock Beach), one of Quang Binh's most scenic coastal attractions. Famous for its unique rock formations sculpted by the sea over thousands of years, the beach offers spectacular ocean views and the perfect setting to relax, stroll along the shore, or capture stunning photographs.
Afterwards, transfer to Dong Hoi City and check in at your hotel. Enjoy some time to relax before continuing your afternoon sightseeing.
16:30: Visit the beautiful Nhat Le Beach, one of Quang Binh's most popular coastal destinations. Relax on the soft white sand, swim in the crystal-clear waters, or simply enjoy the refreshing sea breeze while admiring the peaceful seaside scenery.

18:00: Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.
After dinner, enjoy your free time exploring Dong Hoi City. You may stroll along Nhat Le Beach, discover local seafood restaurants and cafés, or simply relax and experience the peaceful atmosphere of this charming coastal city.

MORNING
07:00: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before departing for Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its spectacular limestone mountains, ancient forests, and extraordinary cave systems.
09:00: Arrive at Phong Nha Town and transfer to Phong Nha Boat Station, where your tour guide will assist with the entrance tickets before boarding a traditional boat.
09:30: Begin your journey to explore the magnificent Phong Nha Cave, one of Vietnam's most remarkable natural wonders. Cruise along the peaceful Son River, passing picturesque riverside villages and dramatic limestone mountains before reaching the cave entrance.
10:00: Explore the spectacular cave system, famous for its underground river, breathtaking limestone formations, and magnificent chambers shaped over millions of years. 13:00: Head to Chay River – Dark Cave, one of the most exciting adventure destinations in Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park.

- Flying across the river on an exhilarating zipline.
- Exploring the mysterious Dark Cave equipped with a headlamp and safety gear.

13:30: Spend the afternoon relaxing in the cool turquoise spring waters while enjoying a variety of recreational activities such as kayaking, bamboo rafting, swimming, fishing, and nature walks. - Ho Chi Minh Square, where you can take memorable photos with the Ho Chi Minh Monument and visit the memorial dedicated to President Ho Chi Minh and Vietnam's national heroes.
- Quang Binh Citadel Gate (Quang Binh Quan), a historic fortress dating back to the 17th century during the Nguyen Lords.
- Mother Suot Monument, honoring the heroic ferryman who bravely transported soldiers across the Nhat Le River during the Vietnam War.

CHILD POLICY
Children under 2 years old: Tour services are complimentary (excluding airfare). Children share all services with their parents. Any additional expenses are the responsibility of the parents. Every two adults may accompany one child free of charge; a second child will be charged 50% of the adult tour price.
Children from 2 to 5 years old: Round-trip airfare is included. Other tour services are complimentary when sharing with parents. Any additional expenses are the responsibility of the parents. Every two adults may accompany one child; a second child will be charged 85% of the adult tour price.
Children from 6 to 10 years old: Charged 85% of the adult tour price, including airfare, transportation, meals, sightseeing, travel insurance, and a separate seat on the vehicle. Children share existing bedding with their parents. Every two adults may accompany one child; a second child will be charged the full adult rate.
Children aged 11 years and above: Charged 100% of the adult tour price.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
- A 70% deposit is required upon booking.
- Please provide a copy of your passport, national ID, or birth certificate (for children) at the time of reservation.
- The remaining balance is payable to the tour guide at the beginning of the tour.
CANCELLATION POLICY
This tour is non-refundable and non-cancellable. Any cancellation made after confirmation will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the deposit. Guests are kindly advised to carefully consider their travel plans before making a reservation.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Guests aged 70 to under 75 are required to sign a Health Declaration Form before departure.
Guests aged 75 to under 80 must provide a medical certificate confirming they are fit to travel, sign a Health Declaration Form, and be accompanied by a healthy adult under 60 years of age.
For safety reasons, guests aged 80 years and above are not accepted.
Pregnant travelers are requested to inform Vietnam Tourist at the time of booking for further advice. For safety reasons, guests who are five months pregnant or more are not eligible to join the tour.
Vietnamese citizens must present a valid original National ID Card or Passport. Children under 14 years old must present an original or notarized copy of their Birth Certificate.
Foreign nationals and overseas Vietnamese must carry a valid original Passport together with any required visa, residence permit, or re-entry documents when checking in for domestic flights.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate personal information at the time of booking. Any costs resulting from incorrect information, late arrival, ticket changes, or ticket reissuance will be charged according to the airline's regulations.
After completing airline check-in, guests are responsible for keeping their boarding pass and arriving at the boarding gate on time. Vietnam Tourist is not responsible for lost boarding passes or missed flights.
Airline Baggage Allowance
Carry-on baggage: Up to 7 kg (maximum dimensions: 56 × 36 × 23 cm).
Checked baggage: 15 kg per passenger.
Airport Check-in
Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Domestic Terminal).
- Please arrive at least 2 hours before departure on regular days.
- Please arrive at least 2.5 hours before departure during public holidays and peak travel periods.
Hotel Information
- Hotel check-in: After 2:00 PM
- Hotel check-out: Before 12:00 PM
Room location, floor level, and bed configuration (double or twin beds) are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Single travelers are required to pay a single supplement. If another same-gender guest requests room sharing, the single supplement will be refunded.
Groups of three adults will generally be accommodated in one triple room with one double bed and one extra bed or mattress.
Guests are kindly requested to carefully review the itinerary, tour price, inclusions, exclusions, booking conditions, and cancellation policy before confirming their reservation. If the booking is made by a third party, guests should ensure they have received all relevant tour information.
Flight schedules are subject to change by the airline without prior notice.
The order of sightseeing may be adjusted due to operational requirements while ensuring all scheduled attractions are included whenever possible.
Vietnam Tourist shall not be held responsible for itinerary changes or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters (storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes, etc.)
Political unrest, terrorism, demonstrations, or security issues
Airline operational issues, including technical problems, delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
In such cases, Vietnam Tourist will make every reasonable effort to arrange suitable alternatives or refund any unused services where applicable after deducting any non-refundable expenses already incurred. No additional compensation or liability shall apply.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):
Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.
Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:
- Họ và tên
- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour
- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )
Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.
Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.
Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.
Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.
II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)
Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)
Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:
- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ
- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)
- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )
Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.
Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:
- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.
- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.
Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
