DAY1

HO CHI MINH CITY – WAR REMNANTS MUSEUM - REUNIFICATION PALACE – CENTRAL POST OFFICE – NOTRE-DAME CATHEDRAL – CHO LON (CHINATOWN) – METRO – SAIGON RIVER BUS (Meal: Lunch)

MORNING

07:00: The bus and tour guide from Vietnam Tourist will pick up guests at the designted meeting point to depart for the Ho Chi Minh City Full-Day Tour.

08:00: War Remnants Museum Visit: Arrive at the War Remnants Museum, a profound repository specializing in researching, collecting, preserving, and displaying relics of the crimes and consequences of the Vietnam War. The museum features moving exhibits and artifacts relating to the First Indochina War and the Vietnam War, serving as a powerful monument dedicated to world peace.

09:00: Independence Palace Exploration: Visit the Independence Palace (also known as the Reunification Palace), a historic landmark in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. This was the former headquarters of the South Vietnamese government and the symbolic site where the Vietnam War ended on April 30, 1975. With its unique modernist architecture and lush green surroundings, the palace offers visitors a chance to explore pivotal moments in Vietnam’s history through its preserved rooms, artifacts, and original documents.

10:30: Saigon Central Post Office Walk: Visit the Saigon Central Post Office, a stunning historic building located right opposite the Notre-Dame Cathedral. Featuring classic French colonial architecture, this iconic structure boasts high vaulted ceilings, elegant glass windows, and intricate decorations blending European and Asian styles. 11:00: Cho Lon (Chinatown) Exploration: Continue to Cho Lon, a vibrant, ancient commercial and cultural center of the Chinese community in Vietnam. Covering a massive area with thousands of bustling stalls, Cho Lon showcases a wide range of goods—from clothing, electronics, and household items to fresh produce and authentic Chinese delicacies. Here, you can immerse yourself in the energetic daily life and unique heritage of the local residents.

AFTERNOON

12:00: Board the bus and transfer to a local restaurant to enjoy a delicious lunch featuring Southern Vietnamese specialties. After lunch, guests can take a short rest.
13:00: Saigon Elevated Metro Experience: Experience Saigon Metro Line 1, one of the newest and most modern ways to travel in Ho Chi Minh City. From the clean, air-conditioned train, you can admire the city from an elevated panoramic view, capturing the busy streets, modern neighborhoods, and iconic buildings along the way. It is a fantastic way to feel the dynamic energy of the city and see how Saigon is transforming with smart transportation.

15:00: Saigon Water Bus Experience: The bus transfers the group to Binh An Station to embark on a relaxing and scenic Saigon Water Bus journey along the Saigon River, heading toward Bach Dang Station. This cooling river cruise offers a fresh, unique perspective of the city from the water. During the ride, you can capture amazing check-in photos, enjoy the refreshing breeze, and admire panoramic views of iconic landmarks such as Landmark 81, the Bitexco Financial Tower, the modern Ba Son Bridge (formerly Thu Thiem 2 Bridge), and the spectacular developing cityscape along both riverbanks.

TOUR INCLUDES

3.Entrance Fees: All entrance fees as per the itinerary. We do not refund any fees for missed attractions

6.Gifts: Vietnam Tourist travel hat, 500ml bottled water per day, and cold towels

7.TAX 8%: If guests require an invoice, please provide the necessary details to the sales staff.

TOUR INCLUDES

1. Personal Expenses: Any personal costs such as shopping, souvenirs, etc.

2. Meals Not Listed: Any meals outside the scheduled lunch.

3. Tips for Guide and Driver: Tips for the guide and driver are not included.

4. Optional Activities or Services: Any optional activities or services not mentioned in the itinerary.

CHILDREN POLICY

- Children under 5 years old: Parents or guardians are responsible for all costs related to meals, accommodation, and entrance fees (if applicable). Only one child under 5 years old is allowed per two adults. For the second child onward, a 50% tour fare applies. If parents request a seat on the bus for the child, there is an additional charge of 30% of the tour price per child.

- Children from 5 to 10 years old: 70% of the tour price, including meals, a seat on the bus, and sharing a bed with the family. Two adults are allowed to bring only one child in this age group. For the second child and beyond, full adult tickets must be purchased.

- Children 11 years old: Full adult ticket with the same standards as an adult.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Prices for holidays and special events may include additional surcharges.

- The program sequence may change, but the total number of activities will remain the same.

- Guests must arrive at the pick-up point 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. Late arrivals after the vehicle has departed or cancellations without prior notice will incur a fee as if the tour was canceled on the departure day.

- Children must travel with their parents or provide a consent form to travel with relatives. They must bring a birth certificate or passport.

- Guests are responsible for managing their own money and personal belongings during the trip.

- When registering, guests must provide full details: full name, date of birth, ID number, issuance date, and place of issue.

- The tour program is considered an agreement between the customer and the company. Any complaints will be resolved based on the program details and receipt.

- Pregnant women beyond the 6th month are not allowed to join the tour for safety reasons.

Guests aged 70 to 75 years old are required to sign a health declaration with the company

TOUR CANCELLATION

Cancellations are not accepted during public holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are excluded from the cancellation terms.

If you cancel the tour, the following cancellation fees apply:

• If canceled after booking: 30% of the ticket price.

• If canceled 7 days before departure: 50% of the ticket price.

• If canceled 3 days before departure: 70% of the ticket price.

• If canceled within 24 hours before departure: 100% of the ticket price

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
