DEPARTURE FROM HO CHI MINH CITY

EVENING

23:00: Vietnam Tourist's tour guide and driver pick you up at the designated meeting point and depart for your Nha Trang 3 Days 3 Nights Tour. During the journey, the vehicle will make 2–3 rest stops for you to relax and use the facilities.

Pick-up Points:

22:30: Vietnam Tourist Office – 54 D9 Street, Tay Thanh Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City.

22:45: Vietnam Tourist Office – 208 Hoang Van Thu Street, Ward 4, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.

23:00: Youth Cultural House – 6 Pham Ngoc Thach Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

23:15: ACB Bank – 278 Xo Viet Nghe Tinh Street, Ward 21, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.

23:30: Thu Duc Intersection – District 9 Police Station, 9 Hanoi Highway, Hiep Phu Ward, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City.

Additional pick-up is available along National Highway 1A to Dau Giay Junction, subject to the tour route.

DAY1

NHA TRANG – DOC LET BEACH – DO THEATRE – NHA TRANG (Meals: Breakfast , Lunch & Dinner)

MORNING

06:00: Arrive at Doc Let Beach. Stop at a local restaurant to freshen up and enjoy breakfast.

08:00: Enjoy free time to relax on the pristine white-sand beach, swim in the crystal-clear waters, and soak up the refreshing coastal atmosphere of Doc Let Beach. You may also join exciting optional water sports such as jet skiing, parasailing, or savor fresh local seafood at your own expense.

NOON

11:30: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

AFTERNOON

13:00: Depart for Nha Trang City.

14:30: Visit and check in at the iconic Do Theatre, located within Vega City Nha Trang in the Bai Tien area of Vinh Hoa Ward. Inspired by the traditional Vietnamese "Do" fishing basket, the theatre features a distinctive architectural design that has become one of Nha Trang's most recognizable landmarks. Its striking exterior and beautifully designed surroundings provide excellent photo opportunities for visitors.

06:00: Arrive in Nha Trang City. Stop at a local restaurant to freshen up and enjoy breakfast.

07:30: Transfer to Vinh Truong Port to begin your island adventure in Nha Trang Bay.

08:30: Board a modern high-speed canoe and cruise to Hon Tam Island, one of the most beautiful islands in Nha Trang Bay. Upon arrival, enjoy free time to check in at the romantic Love Bridge, one of the island's most popular photo spots.

NHA TRANG – NINH THUAN GRAPE VINEYARD – HOA THANG SAND DUNES – HO CHI MINH CITY (Meals: Breakfast & Lunch)

MORNING

Wake up early and enjoy the beautiful sunrise over the sea.

07:30: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.

08:30: Free time to relax, swim in the hotel pool, or enjoy the beach.

11:00: Check out of the hotel.

12:00: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

AFTERNOON

13:30: Depart for Ho Chi Minh City.

15:00: Stop at a Ninh Thuan Grape Vineyard, where you can admire rows of ripe grape clusters, sample complimentary grape juice and grape wine, and experience harvesting fresh grapes directly from the vines. 22:00: Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City. Your driver and tour guide will drop you off at the original meeting point, marking the end of your Nha Trang – Doc Let – Hon Tam 3 Days 3 Nights Tour.

TOUR INCLUDES

1. Transportation: Round-trip transportation by modern air-conditioned tourist coach from Ho Chi Minh City.

- Round-trip island transfer by boat as per the itinerary.

2. Accommodation: 02 nights at a 4–5-star hotel with modern amenities. Twin, double, or triple-sharing rooms.

3. Meals:

- Breakfast: 01 local breakfast (noodle soup and drink) and 02 buffet breakfasts at the hotel.

- Main Meals: 04 set-menu lunches/dinners and 01 buffet at Hon Tam.

4. Entrance Fees: All sightseeing and admission tickets as per the itinerary. All-inclusive package for activities and services at Hon Tam Island.

5. Travel Insurance: Coverage up to VND 30,000,000 per person per case.

6. Tour Guide: Professional, experienced, and friendly English-speaking tour guide.

7. Complimentary Services: Vietnam Tourist hat, 500ml bottled water (1 bottle per day), and cold towels.

8. VAT: 8% Value Added Tax included.

TOUR EXCLUDES

Personal expenses such as laundry, beverages, and meals not mentioned in the itinerary.

Optional activities and attractions not included in the tour program.

Freshwater shower fees at sightseeing attractions (if applicable).

CHILD POLICY

Children under 5 years old: Children requiring a separate seat: An additional charge of VND 540,000 per child applies. Any extra expenses incurred during the tour are the responsibility of the parents. At attractions and amusement parks, child admission fees are determined based on the child's height. Two adults may accompany one child free of charge. From the second child onward, a charge of 70% of the adult tour price applies.

Children from 5 to under 10 years old: Charged 70% of the adult tour price, including meals, a seat on the vehicle, and shared accommodation with parents. Each group of two adults may accompany one child in this age category. From the second child onward, the full adult rate will apply.

Children aged 11 years and above: Charged at the adult rate and entitled to the same services as adults.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Prices for holidays and special events may include additional surcharges.

The program sequence may change, but the total number of activities will remain the same.

Guests must arrive at the pick-up point 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. Late arrivals after the vehicle has departed or cancellations without prior notice will incur a fee as if the tour was canceled on the departure day.

Children must travel with their parents or provide a consent form to travel with relatives. They must bring a birth certificate or passport.

Guests are responsible for managing their own money and personal belongings during the trip.

When registering, guests must provide full details: full name, date of birth, ID number, issuance date, and place of issue.

The tour program is considered an agreement between the customer and the company. Any complaints will be resolved based on the program details and receipt.

Pregnant women beyond the 6th month are not allowed to join the tour for safety reasons.

Guests aged 70 to 75 years old are required to sign a health declaration with the company.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No refund will be made if guests do not join any sightseeing activities as per the itinerary.
(This policy does not apply to cancellations during public holidays and does not include Saturdays and Sundays.)
Cancellations are not accepted during public holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are excluded from the cancellation terms.
- If you cancel the tour, the following cancellation fees apply
- If canceled after booking: 30% of the ticket price.
- If canceled 7 days before departure: 50% of the ticket price.
- If canceled 3 days before departure: 70% of the ticket price.
- If canled within 24 hours before departure: 100% of the ticket price.

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
