AFTERNOON

15:00: Meet your Vietnam Tourist tour guide at Noi Bai Airport and complete check-in procedures for your 16:30 Vietnam Airlines flight to Cam Ranh Airport.

18:25: Upon arrival at Cam Ranh Airport, you will be welcomed by Vietnam Tourist's driver and tour guide before transferring to Nha Trang City.

19:00: Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.

After dinner, transfer to your hotel for check-in and relaxation.

EVENING

Enjoy free time to explore Nha Trang at your own pace.

DAY2

NHA TRANG BAY – FISHING VILLAGE – BAI TRANH BEACH – CORAL BAY 2 – FOAM PARTY – BBQ BUFFET (Meals: Breakfast , Lunch & Dinner)

MORNING

07:00: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.

08:00: Transfer to Vinh Truong Port to begin your island-hopping adventure in the stunning Nha Trang Bay, one of the most beautiful bays in the world.

08:30: Board the boat and cruise across the crystal-clear waters of Nha Trang Bay. Along the way, admire famous landmarks such as An Vien Villas, Vinpearl, Fishing Village, and Hon Mieu Island, while taking in the breathtaking coastal scenery.

Stop at the Fishing Village, where you will learn about the daily lives of local fishermen and their traditional seafood farming methods. You may also purchase freshly caught seafood and have it prepared on the spot (at your own expense).

09:00: Arrive at Bai Tranh Beach, a peaceful stretch of coastline with soft sand and clear turquoise water. Relax on the complimentary beach loungers, swim in the refreshing sea, or simply soak up the sunshine while enjoying the tranquil atmosphere.

Guests may also choose to join a variety of exciting water sports such as sea walking, parasailing, jet skiing, and banana boat rides (optional, at your own expense).

09:30: Continue to Coral Bay 2, where you can admire the island's pristine beaches, soft white sand, and spectacular coastal scenery. This is the perfect place for sightseeing and capturing memorable photos.

One of the highlights of your visit is the unique Foam Party, an entertaining beach activity found only in Nha Trang. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the complimentary swimming pool at the resort.

NOON

11:30: Enjoy lunch at a seaside restaurant in Coral Bay 2, featuring a delicious menu of local specialties served in a relaxing oceanfront setting.

AFTERNOON

13:30: Return by boat to Vinh Truong Port.

14:00: Transfer back to your hotel in Nha Trang City for a short rest.

MEGA CITY – DO THEATRE – VINPEARL CABLE CAR – VINPEARL HARBOUR – VINWONDERS NHA TRANG (Meals: Breakfast & Lunch)

07:30: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.

08:30: Transfer to Vinpearl Harbour and experience the spectacular Vinpearl Cable Car, one of the world's longest over-sea cable car systems. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Nha Trang Bay, recognized as one of the world's most beautiful bays.

Officially opened in January 2024, Vinpearl Harbour has quickly become one of Nha Trang's newest and most exciting entertainment destinations, conveniently located next to VinWonders Nha Trang.

Spend the morning exploring VinWonders Nha Trang, home to Vietnam's only beachfront freshwater water park, covering more than 50,000 square meters. Enjoy a wide variety of thrilling water slides, wave pools, and family-friendly attractions suitable for all ages.

For adventure seekers, the outdoor amusement park features exciting rides including roller coasters, free-fall towers, giant swings, bungee jumping, alpine coasters, and many other world-class attractions.

NOON

11:30: Enjoy a buffet lunch at a restaurant inside VinWonders Nha Trang.

AFTERNOON

13:30: Continue exploring the park with its exciting indoor and outdoor attractions. Inside the artificial mountain, discover a wide range of family-friendly entertainment, including 4D cinemas, bumper cars, mechanical bull rides, boxing games, interactive attractions, and hundreds of arcade games, providing fun for both adults and children.

Visit VinWonders Aquarium, one of the most modern aquariums in Vietnam. Covering 3,400 square meters, it is home to more than 3,000 marine creatures from around the world. Walk through the impressive underwater tunnel and admire the colorful marine life in a fascinating ocean environment.

16:00: Return to Vinpearl Harbour, where you can enjoy vibrant international festivals and live entertainment, browse the lively shopping streets, and savor a variety of international cuisines at stylish restaurants and cafés.

With its elegant European-inspired architecture, spacious waterfront promenade, impressive public artworks, and picturesque marina, Vinpearl Harbour is also one of Nha Trang's most popular destinations for photography.

Wake up early and enjoy the beautiful sunrise over the beach.

08:30: Choose one of the following options:

Option 1: Relax at your leisure and enjoy the hotel's swimming pool or the beautiful beach.

Option 2: Transfer to I-Resort Nha Trang for a relaxing wellness experience (optional, at your own expense). Enjoy a variety of spa facilities, including mineral mud baths, natural hot mineral pools, and Vietnam's first mineral water park, making it the perfect place to unwind before your journey home.

11:00: Check out of the hotel.

13:30: Visit Do Theatre, located within the Vega City Nha Trang entertainment and resort complex. Inspired by the traditional Vietnamese "Do" fish trap, the theatre features a striking architectural design that has quickly become one of Nha Trang's newest landmarks. The surrounding area offers numerous scenic photo spots with impressive contemporary artworks and beautiful coastal views.

Continue to Mai Sinh Swiftlet Village, a unique cultural and shopping destination set along the peaceful Quan Truong River. Covering nearly 10,000 square meters, the complex showcases bird's nest houses, a modern shopping center, a swiftlet cave exhibition, a traditional bird's nest worship area, and a processing workshop where visitors can learn about the production of Vietnam's famous edible bird's nests. Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase premium local specialties and capture memorable photos throughout the beautifully designed grounds.

14:30: Transfer to Cam Ranh Airport.

CHILD POLICY

Children under 2 years old: Airfare is not included. All other tour services are provided free of charge, and the child shares all services with their parents. Any additional expenses incurred during the tour are the responsibility of the parents. Two adults may accompany one child free of charge; a second child will be charged 50% of the adult tour price.

Children from 2 to under 6 years old: Round-trip airfare is included. All other tour services are provided free of charge, and the child shares services with their parents. Any additional expenses incurred during the tour are the responsibility of the parents. Two adults may accompany one child; a second child will be charged 85% of the adult tour price.

Children from 6 to under 11 years old: Charged 85% of the adult tour price, including airfare, meals, sightseeing, entrance fees, travel insurance, and a separate seat on the vehicle. The child shares a bed with their parents. Two adults may accompany one child; a second child will be charged the full adult tour price.

Children aged 11 years and above: Charged 100% of the adult tour price and entitled to the full range of tour services.

BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY

A 70% deposit of the total tour price is required at the time of booking.

Please provide a copy of your Passport, National ID Card, or Birth Certificate (for children) when registering.

The remaining balance is payable to the tour guide at the beginning of the tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY

This tour is non-refundable and non-changeable.

If you cancel the tour after booking, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited. Please consider your travel plans carefully before confirming your reservation.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Guests from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a Health Declaration Form.

Guests aged 75 and above must provide a medical certificate confirming they are fit to travel, sign a Health Declaration Form, and be accompanied by a family member or companion under 60 years old in good health.

Guests aged 80 and above are not accepted on this tour.

Pregnant guests are kindly requested to inform our sales staff at the time of booking for further advice. For safety reasons, guests who are five months pregnant or more are not eligible to join the tour.

Vietnamese citizens aged 14 and above must carry the original National ID Card or Passport. Children under 14 years old must present the original or notarized copy of their Birth Certificate.

Foreign nationals and overseas Vietnamese must carry their original Passport, together with a valid Vietnam Visa and any required immigration documents.

Guests are responsible for any additional costs incurred due to incorrect passenger information, late arrival at the airport, or ticket changes and reissuance in accordance with the airline's regulations.

After completing airline check-in and receiving your boarding pass, please keep it carefully and ensure you board the flight on time. Vietnam Tourist is not responsible for lost boarding passes or missed flights caused by guests.

Baggage Allowance:

Carry-on baggage: Maximum 7 kg per passenger (maximum dimensions: 56 × 36 × 23 cm).

Checked baggage: Additional baggage may be purchased directly from the airline according to your travel needs.

Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Domestic Terminal) and should arrive:

At least 2 hours before departure on normal travel days.

At least 2.5 hours before departure during public holidays and peak travel periods.

Hotel check-in time is after 2:00 PM, and check-out time is before 12:00 PM.

Hotel room locations, floor levels, and bed configurations (double or twin) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Guests traveling alone are required to pay the single room supplement. If another solo traveler of the same gender is available and agrees to share a room, the supplement will be refunded.

Groups of three adults will be accommodated in one triple room, consisting of one double bed and one extra bed or mattress.

Flight schedules are subject to change by the airline without prior notice.

The order of sightseeing may be adjusted due to operational conditions while ensuring that all attractions listed in the itinerary are included.

Vietnam Tourist shall not be held responsible for itinerary changes or service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters (storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes, etc.).

Security issues (terrorism, demonstrations, civil unrest).

Airline operational issues (technical problems, security procedures, flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes).

In such cases, Vietnam Tourist will make every reasonable effort to refund any unused sightseeing services where applicable, after deducting costs for services already provided (such as visa processing fees, if any). No additional compensation shall be provided.

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
