DAY

DONG HOI CITY – PARADISE CAVE – PHONG NHA CAVE (Meal: Lunch)

MORNING

08:00: Your Vietnam Tourist guide and driver will pick you up in Dong Hoi City (hotel, railway station, or airport). Depart for Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park to explore Paradise Cave, famously known as the "Underground Royal Palace."

09:00: Travel along the western branch of the legendary Ho Chi Minh Road, passing through lush primary forests and majestic limestone mountains before arriving at Paradise Cave. Discovered by the British Cave Research Association in 2005, Paradise Cave is the longest dry cave in Asia and is renowned for its magnificent natural beauty and spectacular limestone formations.

09:10: Take an electric shuttle from the parking area to the foot of the mountain. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the pristine forest, accompanied by birdsong and the sounds of nature.

09:20: Walk along the forest trail to the cave entrance. Although the entrance is relatively small, the vast interior opens into an awe-inspiring underground world. Admire the immense cave chambers and extraordinary stalactites and stalagmites, including famous formations such as the Heavenly Palace, Celestial Waterfall, Fairy Gathering, and Lotus Tower. The cave also features fascinating rock formations resembling terraced rice fields, Cham towers, the Goddess of Mercy, the Three Star Gods, and traditional Central Highlands communal houses.

LUNCH

12:00: Enjoy a delicious lunch featuring local specialties at a nearby restaurant.

AFTERNOON

13:00: Transfer to Phong Nha Boat Station.

14:30: Begin your exploration of Phong Nha Cave, often referred to as the "First Wonder Cave." Cruise upstream along the tranquil Son River, taking in the picturesque scenery and the peaceful riverside villages that reflect the authentic charm of rural Vietnam.

15:30: Explore Phong Nha Cave, the longest water cave in Southeast Asia. Marvel at its dramatic limestone landscape, underground river, and spectacular stalactites and stalagmites. Continue to the Fairy Cave and Royal Court chambers, where extraordinary natural formations have developed over millions of years.

16:00: Return by boat to Phong Nha Boat Station.

16:30: Depart for Dong Hoi City.

17:30: Arrive in Dong Hoi and transfer back to your original pick-up point. Your Paradise Cave – Phong Nha Cave Day Tour concludes with unforgettable memories.

TOUR INCLUDES

Transportation: Modern tourist vehicle for all transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary.

Electric Shuttle: Round-trip electric shuttle service to Paradise Cave.

Boat Ride: Traditional boat transfer to Phong Nha Cave.

Lunch: 01 set lunch (VND 150,000/person).

Entrance Fees: All admission tickets as specified in the itinerary, including:

Paradise Cave entrance ticket (VND 250,000/person)

Phong Nha Cave entrance ticket (VND 150,000/person)

Travel Insurance: Coverage up to VND 30,000,000 per person per case.

Tour Guide: Professional and experienced tour guide.

Complimentary: Vietnam Tourist travel hat, 01 bottle of drinking water (500ml), and a cold towel per person.

VAT: 8% Value Added Tax included.

TOUR EXCLUDES

Personal expenses, including laundry, beverages, meals not specified in the itinerary, and freshwater shower fees at sightseeing attractions.

Optional tours, activities, and entrance fees not included in the itinerary.

CHILD POLICY

Children under 1.0m: Free of charge for tour services and sharing all services with their parents. Any additional expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the parents. Each booking of 02 adults may accompany 01 child under this policy. A second child will be charged at the rate applicable to children from 1.0m to under 1.3m.

Children from 1.0m to under 1.3m: Charged 70% of the adult tour price, including all tour services and a separate seat on the vehicle. Each booking of 02 adults may accompany 01 child under this policy. A second child will be charged at the adult rate.

Children from 1.3m and above: Charged 100% of the adult tour price.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Please provide a copy of your ID Card, Passport, or Birth Certificate (for children).

The remaining balance shall be paid according to the tour agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY

This tour is non-refundable and non-cancellable. Any cancellation will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the deposit. Please consider your travel plans carefully before booking.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Travelers aged 70 to under 75 are required to sign a Health Declaration Form with Vietnam Tourist. Travelers aged 75 to under 80 must provide a medical certificate confirming they are fit to travel and be accompanied by a healthy companion under 60 years old. We do not accept travelers aged 80 and above.

Pregnant travelers are kindly requested to inform us at the time of booking. For safety reasons, we are unable to accept bookings for travelers who are five months pregnant or more.

Vietnamese travelers must present a valid ID Card, Citizen ID Card, or Passport. Children under 14 must present a valid Birth Certificate (original or certified copy).

Foreign travelers must carry a valid Passport and all required travel documents.

Hotel check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is before 12:00 PM (if applicable).

The tour itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, or operational conditions while ensuring all scheduled attractions are included whenever possible.

Vietnam Tourist is not responsible for itinerary changes caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, security issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

1. Đặt dịch vụ trực tiếp tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
