EVENING

22:00: Vietnam Tourist's tour guide and sleeper bus will pick you up at the designated meeting point for your 2-Day, 2-Night Vinh Hy Bay – Nha Trang Tour. Relax onboard as your tour guide introduces the itinerary and provides light entertainment during the journey.

Pick-up Points:

22:30: Vietnam Tourist Office – 54 D9 Street, Tay Thanh Ward, Tan Phu District.

23:00: Vietnam Tourist Office – 208 Hoang Van Thu Street, Ward 4, Tan Binh District.

23:30: Youth Cultural House, 6 Pham Ngoc Thach Street, District 1.

23:40: ACB Bank, 278 Xo Viet Nghe Tinh Street, Binh Thanh District.

23:55: Thu Duc Intersection – District 9 Police Station, Hanoi Highway.

Guests may also be picked up along National Highway 1A en route to Dau Giay Junction, subject to prior arrangement.

DAY2

HANG RAI – VINH HY BAY – NHA TRANG (Meals: Breakfast , Lunch & Dinner)

MORNING

05:30: Arrive at Vinh Hy Bay. Stop at a local restaurant to freshen up and enjoy breakfast.

07:00: Visit Hang Rai, one of Ninh Thuan's most spectacular natural attractions. Famous for its ancient coral reef, dramatic rock formations, and unique natural tidal pools, Hang Rai is often referred to as "Mars on the Sea." Enjoy the breathtaking coastal scenery and capture unforgettable photos at this remarkable destination.

08:30: Board a sightseeing boat (included in the tour price) to explore the stunning Vinh Hy Bay. Cruise past the unique Round Rock Beach, Yen Cave, and Dang Lagoon while admiring the bay's crystal-clear waters and surrounding mountains.

Experience the colorful underwater world aboard a glass-bottom boat, offering excellent views of vibrant coral reefs and marine life. The boat will stop at Ba Dien Beach and Bai Coc Beach, where you can enjoy swimming and relaxing by the sea.

Guests may also participate in optional activities such as snorkeling, jet skiing, or enjoy freshly prepared seafood including half-dried squid, giant clams, oysters, shellfish, and sea urchins at floating seafood restaurants (at your own expense).

10:30: Return by boat to the mainland.

LUNCH

11:00: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

AFTERNOON

13:00: Depart for Nha Trang City.

15:00: Arrive in Nha Trang and check in to your hotel. Enjoy free time to relax or swim at the famous Nha Trang Beach.

EVENING

19:00: Enjoy a delicious BBQ buffet dinner at a local restaurant.

After dinner, you are free to explore the vibrant nightlife of Nha Trang, stroll along the beach, or sample local specialties such as Bánh Khọt, Bánh Xèo, grilled pork skewers, grilled fermented pork rolls, rice paper salad, and refreshing Vietnamese herbal drinks (at your own expense).

DAY3

NHA TRANG – MEGA CITY – DO THEATER – MAI SINH SWIFTLET VILLAGE – NINH THUAN GRAPE GARDEN – HOA THANG SAND DUNES – PHAN THIET – HO CHI MINH CITY (Meals: Breakfast & Lunch)

MORNING

06:00: Wake up early and enjoy the beautiful sunrise over Nha Trang Beach.

07:00: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and relax before checking out.

09:00: Check out of the hotel.

09:30: Visit Do Theater, the architectural icon of Vega City Nha Trang. Inspired by the traditional Vietnamese bamboo fish trap, the theater features a striking contemporary design overlooking the beautiful Nha Trang Bay. Explore the surrounding area and enjoy free time to capture memorable photos at one of the city's most popular check-in destinations.

10:30: Continue to Mai Sinh Swiftlet Village, a unique cultural and shopping destination located along the peaceful Quan Truong River. Learn about Vietnam's famous edible bird's nest industry, visit the swiftlet cave exhibition, explore the bird's nest processing area, and browse a wide selection of premium local specialties. The village also offers many beautifully designed photo spots.

LUNCH

12:00: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

AFTERNOON

13:00: Depart for Ho Chi Minh City.

15:30: Stop at a Ninh Thuan Grape Garden, where you can admire lush vineyards, taste complimentary grape juice and local grape wine, and, during the harvest season, experience picking fresh grapes directly from the vines. This is also a perfect place to capture beautiful photographs among the vineyards.

16:30: Continue to the spectacular Hoa Thang Sand Dunes, one of the most beautiful coastal sand dunes in Vietnam. Marvel at the golden sand hills, giant wind turbines, and breathtaking scenery where the sea meets the desert landscape. Enjoy free time to explore, take photos, or simply admire the magnificent natural surroundings.

17:30: Begin the journey back to Ho Chi Minh City via one of Vietnam's most scenic coastal roads, offering spectacular views of the ocean, endless sand dunes, and unspoiled landscapes along the way.

EVENING

21:30: Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City and transfer to the original pick-up points.

End of the Vinh Hy Bay – Nha Trang 2 Days 2 Nights Tour.

Note: According to Ho Chi Minh City traffic regulations, sleeper buses are only permitted to enter the city center after 10:00 PM. If the bus arrives earlier, guests will remain onboard until the permitted entry time before being transferred to the original drop-off points.

The itinerary may be adjusted depending on actual conditions while ensuring all scheduled attractions are included.

CHILD POLICY

Children aged 11 years and above: Charged 100% of the adult tour price and entitled to the same services as an adult.

Children from 5 to under 11 years old: Charged 70% of the adult tour price, including meals, a seat on the vehicle, and sharing a bed with their parents.

Children under 5 years old: Free of charge. However, each two adults may accompany one child under 5 years old free of the tour fare. From the second child onward, a charge of 70% of the adult tour price applies.

IMPORTANT NOTES

A surcharge applies during public holidays and the Lunar New Year (Tet Holiday).

The itinerary may be adjusted due to operational conditions; however, all scheduled attractions and services will remain unchanged.

Please arrive at the designated pick-up point at least 15 minutes before departure. Guests who arrive after the vehicle has departed or cancel the tour without prior notice will be subject to the same cancellation policy as a cancellation on the departure date.

Children must travel with their parents or a legal guardian. If traveling with relatives, a parental authorization letter is required. Please bring the child's birth certificate or passport for verification.

Guests are responsible for safeguarding their own cash, valuables, and personal belongings throughout the tour.

When booking, please provide your full name, year of birth, ID/Passport number, date of issue, and place of issue.

The tour itinerary serves as a mutual agreement between the customer and the company. Any inquiries or complaints will be resolved based on the tour itinerary and the official payment receipt.

For safety reasons, pregnant women from 6 months onward are not permitted to join the tour.

Guests from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a Health Declaration and Liability Waiver before joining the tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY

(Not applicable during public holidays or Tet Holiday. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not counted when calculating cancellation deadlines.)

After booking confirmation: 30% of the total tour price.
07 days or more before departure: 50% of the total tour price.
03 days before departure: 70% of the total tour price.
Within 24 hours of departure or in case of no-show: 100% of the total tour price.

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
