DAY

TAN SON NHAT AIRPORT – HO CHI MINH CITY TOUR – SAIGON RIVER DINNER CRUISE (Meals: Lunch & Dinner)

MORNING

11:30: Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our driver and professional tour guide. Transfer to a local restaurant to enjoy a delicious Vietnamese lunch before beginning your journey through the vibrant city of Ho Chi Minh.

LUNCH

12:00: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant featuring authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

AFTERNOON

13:30: Begin your Ho Chi Minh City Tour, exploring the city's most iconic landmarks that beautifully reflect its rich history and French colonial heritage.

Visit Notre-Dame Cathedral (outside visit due to ongoing restoration), one of the city's most recognizable architectural icons. Continue to the nearby Saigon Central Post Office, a magnificent French colonial building renowned for its elegant design and historical significance.

Next, visit the Independence Palace (Reunification Palace), the former presidential residence of South Vietnam and one of the country's most important historical landmarks. Discover its preserved meeting rooms, reception halls, and underground command bunker while learning about Vietnam's modern history.

16:30: Transfer to your hotel for check-in. Enjoy some free time to relax or explore the surrounding area at your own leisure.

EVENING

18:30: Transfer to the pier and board a Saigon River Dinner Cruise for a memorable evening on the water.

Enjoy a delicious Vietnamese dinner while cruising along the Saigon River and admiring the spectacular nighttime skyline of Ho Chi Minh City. The dinner includes one complimentary beverage (soft drink, beer, or mineral water). During the cruise, relax with live music performances and take in the lively atmosphere as the city's famous landmarks sparkle along the riverbanks.

21:00: Disembark and transfer back to the hotel.

DAY2

HO CHI MINH CITY – CU CHI TUNNELS – LANDMARK 81 – BEN THANH MARKET (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

MORNING

07:00: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.

08:00: Depart for the legendary Cu Chi Tunnels, located approximately 70 km northwest of Ho Chi Minh City.

09:30: Arrive at the Cu Chi Tunnels and explore one of Vietnam's most remarkable historical sites. Discover the extensive underground tunnel network that served as a military base during the Vietnam War. Learn about the daily life of Vietnamese soldiers while visiting hidden entrances, living quarters, meeting rooms, kitchens, storage areas, and underground bunkers. Guests may also sample boiled cassava, a traditional wartime food once eaten by local soldiers.

LUNCH

12:00: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before returning to Ho Chi Minh City.

AFTERNOON

13:30: Return to Ho Chi Minh City.

15:00: Visit Landmark 81, the tallest building in Vietnam and one of Southeast Asia's most impressive skyscrapers. Enjoy free time to admire its modern architecture, explore luxury shopping outlets, or relax at one of the cafés overlooking the city.

16:30: Continue to Ben Thanh Market, one of Ho Chi Minh City's oldest and most famous markets. Browse a wide selection of local handicrafts, souvenirs, clothing, coffee, spices, and traditional Vietnamese products. Afterwards, visit Takashimaya Saigon Centre, a modern shopping mall featuring international fashion brands, restaurants, and premium retail stores.

EVENING

18:30: Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant featuring authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

20:00: Return to the hotel. The remainder of the evening is free for you to relax or explore Ho Chi Minh City's vibrant nightlife at your own pace.

DAY3

HO CHI MINH CITY – MY THO – BEN TRE – MEKONG DELTA (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

MORNING

07:00: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.

08:00: Depart for My Tho, the gateway to the Mekong Delta, renowned for its lush orchards, winding waterways, and peaceful countryside.

10:00: Upon arrival, board a motorboat for a scenic cruise along the Mekong River. Admire the picturesque river landscape and visit Thoi Son Islet, one of the largest islets in the region.

Continue your journey by visiting a local fruit orchard, where you can enjoy seasonal tropical fruits while listening to a live performance of Southern Vietnamese Folk Music (Đờn Ca Tài Tử), recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage.

Visit a traditional honey bee farm to sample fresh honey tea and learn about local beekeeping. Continue to a coconut candy workshop, where you can observe the production process of Ben Tre's famous coconut candy and taste freshly made local specialties.

Experience a relaxing ride on a traditional horse-drawn carriage through peaceful village roads lined with tropical fruit gardens.

Board a hand-rowed sampan and glide through the narrow canals shaded by lush water coconut palms, offering an authentic glimpse into daily life in the Mekong Delta.

14:00: Continue exploring the tranquil countryside before boarding the boat back to My Tho Pier.

TOUR EXCLUDES

Personal expenses such as laundry, beverages, meals not specified in the itinerary, freshwater shower fees at sightseeing attractions, and other personal expenditures.

CHILD POLICY

Children 2 to 5 years old: A surcharge of USD 50 per child applies for a seat on the vehicle. Children share meals and bedding with their parents. Each two adults may accompany one child under 5 free of the tour fare (except for the seat surcharge). From the second child onward, a charge of 70% of the adult tour price applies.

Children from 5 to under 10 years old: Charged 85% of the adult tour price, including meals, a seat on the vehicle, and sharing a bed with their parents. Each two adults may accompany one child in this age group. From the second child onward, the full adult tour price applies.

Children aged 11 and above: Charged 100% of the adult tour price and entitled to the same services as an adult.

IMPORTANT NOTES

A surcharge applies during public holidays and the Lunar New Year (Tet Holiday).

The itinerary may be adjusted due to operational conditions; however, all scheduled attractions and services will remain unchanged.

Please arrive at the designated pick-up point at least 15 minutes before departure. Guests who arrive late after the vehicle has departed or cancel the tour without prior notice will be subject to the same cancellation policy as a cancellation on the departure date.

Children must travel with their parents or a legal guardian. If traveling with relatives, a parental authorization letter is required. Please bring the child's birth certificate or passport for verification.

Guests are responsible for safeguarding their own cash, valuables, and personal belongings throughout the tour.

When booking, please provide your full name, year of birth, ID/Passport number, date of issue, and place of issue.

The tour program serves as a mutual agreement between the customer and the company. Any inquiries or complaints will be resolved based on the itinerary and the official payment receipt.

For safety reasons, pregnant women from 6 months onward are not permitted to join the tour.

Guests from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a Health Declaration and Liability Waiver before joining the tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY

This cancellation policy does not apply during public holidays or Tet Holiday.

Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not counted when calculating cancellation deadlines.

Cancellation charges are as follows:

After booking confirmation: 30% of the total tour price.

07 days or more before departure: 50% of the total tour price.

03 days before departure: 70% of the total tour price.

Within 24 hours of departure or in case of no-show: 100% of the total tour price.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
