DAY

NOI BAI AIRPORT – CAN THO – CON SON COMMUNITY ECOTOURISM VILLAGE – GOLDEN HOUSE – FAIRYTALE GARDEN – 5-STAR DINNER CRUISE (Meals: Breakfast , Lunch & Dinner)

MORNING

04:00: Meet your Vietnam Tourist tour guide at Noi Bai Airport and complete check-in procedures for your 05:30 Vietjet Air flight to Can Tho.

07:40: Upon arrival at Can Tho Airport, you will be welcomed by Vietnam Tourist's driver and tour guide before transferring to a local restaurant for breakfast.

08:45: Transfer to Con Son Pier.

09:00: Board a local boat and cruise across the peaceful Hau River to Con Son Community Ecotourism Village. Covering nearly 70 hectares, this small river islet is home to fewer than one hundred households and is blessed with fertile alluvial soil, lush orchards, and the authentic charm of the Mekong Delta. Here, visitors can enjoy the tranquil countryside atmosphere while experiencing the warm hospitality and simple lifestyle of the local community.

Your exploration of Con Son includes a variety of unique local experiences:

Visit the Hau River fish farms, where dozens of floating fish cages raise local freshwater species such as basa fish, giant barb, and featherback fish.

Enjoy watching thousands of colorful Koi fish, experience a relaxing Koi fish foot massage, and sample the famous featherback fish cake, a local specialty.

Receive a warm welcome from local residents with a refreshing herbal drink made from breadfruit leaves or butterfly pea flowers, both grown in their home gardens.

Visit tropical fruit orchards filled with rambutan, longan, pomelo, mangosteen, guava, mulberry, and other seasonal fruits. Pick and enjoy fresh fruit directly from the trees.

Walk across a traditional Monkey Bridge, one of the iconic symbols of the Mekong Delta countryside.

Take a leisurely stroll through the peaceful village paths and enjoy the fresh riverside atmosphere.

Discover local culture through a traditional cake-making workshop, where friendly villagers will guide you in preparing a variety of Southern Vietnamese specialties, including: Steamed Banana Cake, Grilled Cassava Cake, Sticky Rice Cake, Layer Cake, Honeycomb Cake, Sweet Rice Cake

Watch the fascinating Flying Snakehead Fish Show, a unique local performance in which snakehead fish leap above the water to catch food. Afterwards, visit a guava orchard and taste freshly picked fruit.

NOON

12:00: Enjoy lunch at Con Son Community Ecotourism Village, featuring a selection of authentic Mekong Delta specialties prepared with fresh local ingredients.

AFTERNOON

13:30: Return by boat to the mainland and transfer to your hotel for check-in and a short rest.

16:00: Visit the Golden House – Fairytale Garden (entrance fee at your own expense). Decorated almost entirely in gold tones, the house showcases luxurious interiors and elegant architecture inspired by royal palaces. Visitors can dress in imperial-style costumes, capture memorable photos, and admire the impressive design and artistic details throughout the property.

17:30: Board a 5-Star Dinner Cruise and enjoy dinner while cruising along the Can Tho River. Experience the vibrant atmosphere of the Mekong Delta with live Don Ca Tai Tu folk music performances, entertaining magic shows, and an interactive karaoke session where guests are welcome to sing and join the festivities.

EVENING

Enjoy free time to explore Ninh Kieu Wharf, one of Can Tho's most lively waterfront areas, beautifully illuminated at night.

TOUR INCLUDES

Transportation: Modern air-conditioned tourist vehicle throughout the tour.

Accommodation: 3-star hotel with standard amenities & Accommodation is based on 2–4 guests per room.

Meals:

Breakfast: One local breakfast (noodle soup and a drink), plus 4 buffet breakfasts at the hotel.

Main Meals: 9 set-menu meals (VND 160,000 per person per meal) and 1 premium lunch aboard a 5-star cruise (VND 300,000 per person). Menus feature a variety of local specialties and change daily.

Entrance Fees: Admission tickets to all attractions listed in the itinerary. Please note that unused entrance tickets are non-refundable if you choose to skip any sightseeing activities.

Travel Insurance: Coverage of up to VND 30,000,000 per person per case.

Tour Guide: Professional, experienced, and friendly English-speaking tour guide.

Complimentary Services: Vietnam Tourist travel hat. One 500ml bottle of drinking water per person per day & Cold towel.

VAT (8%):VAT is included in accordance with current regulations. If you require a VAT invoice, please provide your invoicing details to our sales staff at the time of booking.

TOUR EXCLUDES

Personal expenses such as laundry, beverages, additional meals and drinks outside the itinerary, freshwater showers at attractions, and other personal expenses.

Entrance fees to attractions not included in the tour itinerary.

Airfare from Hanoi to Can Tho is not included in the tour price.

CHILD POLICY

Children under 5 years old: Free of charge. Parents or accompanying family members are responsible for the child's meals, accommodation, entrance fees (if any), and any other personal expenses. Two adults may accompany one child under 5 years old free of charge. From the second child onward, a charge of 50% of the tour price applies. An optional bus seat is available for an additional 30% of the tour price per child upon request.

Children from 5 to under 11 years old: Charged 70% of the adult tour price. The tour includes meals, a seat on the vehicle, and shared accommodation with accompanying adults. Two adults may accompany one child aged 5 to under 11 at this rate. From the second child onward, the full adult tour price applies.

Children aged 11 years and above: Charged the full adult tour price and receive the same services and standards as adults.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Surcharge will apply for tours during public holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year).

- The itinerary order may be changed, but the number of activities remains the same.

- Guests must be present at the pick-up point at least 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals after the coach has departed or cancellations without prior notice will be charged as a “no-show on departure day.”

- Children must be accompanied by their parents or must have a written authorization letter from a guardian. A birth certificate or passport is required when participating in the tour.

- Guests are responsible for managing their own money and personal belongings during the trip.

- Upon booking, guests are required to provide full details including full name, year of birth, ID/Passport number, date of issue, and place of issue.

- The tour program serves as a binding agreement between the customer and the company. Any inquiries or complaints will be resolved based on the program terms and payment receipt.

- Pregnant guests of 6 months or more are not accepted on tours for safety reasons.

- Guests aged from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health commitment with the company.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- Not applicable for cancellations on public holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted.

In case of tour cancellation, the following cancellation fees will apply:

If the ticket is cancelled after purchase: 30% of the tour price.
If cancelled 07 days before departure: 50% of the tour price.
If cancelled 03 days before departure: 70% of the tour price.
If cancelled within 24 hours before departure: 100% of the tour price.

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
