Detailed tour schedule CAN GIO TOUR – MONKEY ISLAND & SAC FOREST

DAY1

HO CHI MINH CITY – CAN GIO – MONKEY ISLAND – SAC FOREST BASE – HEROIC SPECIAL FORCES MONUMENT – LANG ONG THUY TUONG – HO CHI MINH CITY (Meals: Lunch)

MORNING:

05:00: The tour guide from Vietnam Tourist will pick you up at the meeting point to depart for the Can Gio–Monkey Island–Sac Forest Full-Day Tour. During the journey, guests can relax, participate in fun onboard activities, and interact with the tour guide.

Pick-up Point 1: Vietnam Tourist Office – 54 D9 Street, Tay Thanh Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City (05:00 AM )

Pick-up Point 2: Vietnam Tourist Office – 208 Hoang Van Thu Street, Ward 4, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City (05:20 AM)

Pick-up Point 3: Chu Van An Secondary School (05:30 AM)

Note: For this pickup point 3, drop-off on the return trip will be at Ben Thanh Market.

08:30: The bus boards the Binh Khanh Ferry to travel to Can Gio. During the ferry crossing, guests can stroll around, enjoy the peaceful Saigon River scenery, and feel the refreshing morning breeze.

09:00: Monkey Island Exploration: Visit the famous Monkey Island, located within the protected Can Gio Mangrove Biosphere Reserve. It is surrounded by lush mangrove forests and scenic waterways; this unique sanctuary is home to more than 2,000 monkeys of various species, offering a fun and memorable experience for all visitors.

09:30: Speedboat & Sac Forest Guerrilla Base Experience:
Guests board a high-speed canoe to explore the deep, winding canal system of the Can Gio Mangrove Forest. The thrilling boat ride takes you straight into the heart of the Sac Forest Revolutionary Base, a legendary mangrove sanctuary that once served as a crucial stronghold during the wartime era.

Today, this protected area is not only a profound national historical relic but also a UNESCO-recognized Biosphere Reserve celebrated for its rich biodiversity and pristine natural landscape.

- Heroic Monument Visit: Pay your respects and offer incense at the Sac Forest Special Forces Monument, a sacred memorial dedicated to the brave commandos who sacrificed their lives during the war.
- Historical Learning & Documentary: Learn about the legendary battles, strategic guerrilla tactics, and heroic sacrifices of the famous 10th Special Forces Unit. Guests will also watch an insightful documentary about the history of the Sac Forest resistance.
- Return to Mainland: After completing the historical tour, the speedboat will safely transfer the group back to the mainland for the next part of the itinerary.

LUNCH:

12:00: Enjoy a delicious lunch featuring local seafood and fresh specialties at a local restaurant. After lunch, guests can take a short rest at the restaurant.

AFTERNOON:

13:30: Lang Ong Thuy Tuong (Whale Temple) Visit: The bus takes the group to visit this sacred local sanctuary. Here, you can learn about the fascinating traditions, seafaring customs, and the unique whale worship culture of the coastal communities in Can Gio.

14:30: Can Gio Seafood Market Exploration: Visit the bustling local seafood market to experience the vibrant daily life of the fishermen. Guests can freely shop for fresh or dried seafood, enjoy local snacks, and buy souvenirs (optional - personal expense).

15:15: The group boards the bus and departs for Ho Chi Minh City.
17:30: Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City. The bus will transfer everyone back to their original pick-up points. End of the Can Gio Full-Day Tour.

TOUR EXCLUDES

1.Transportation:

Travel by modern air-conditioned tourist bus.

2.Meals:

Breakfast: 01 set breakfast (noodles + drink): VND 70,000 per guest.

Main meal: 01 Set Menu Lunch: VND 170,000 per guest

3.Entrance fees: All entrance fees are included in the itinerary.

No refund will be provided for unused services or skipped attractions.

4.Insurance: Travel insurance coverage up to 30,000,000 VND per person per case.

5.Tour guide: Enthusiastic, experienced, and attentive English-speaking tour guide service.

6.Gifts: Vietnam tourist travel hat, 500 ml bottled water per day, and cold towels.

7.VAT 8%: VAT invoice available upon request. Please provide details to our sales staff.

TOUR EXCLUDES

- Personal expenses: Laundry, meals outside the program, and freshwater shower services at sightseeing spots.

- Attractions: Entrance fees for any attractions not included in the itinerary.

CHILD POLICY

- Children from 5 years old : Purchase 1 ticket.

- Children under 5 years old: Seat surcharge on the bus: VND 262,000 per seat.

Each two adults may accompany only one child under 5 years old free of charge. From the second child onward, children under 5 years old will be charged 70% of the tour price.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Surcharge will apply for tours during public holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year).

- The itinerary order may be changed, but the number of activities remains the same.

- Guests must be present at the pick-up point at least 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals after the coach has departed or cancellations without prior notice will be charged as a “no-show on departure day.”

- Children must be accompanied by their parents or must have a written authorization letter from a guardian. A birth certificate or passport is required when participating in the tour.

- Guests are responsible for managing their own money and personal belongings during the trip.

- Upon booking, guests are required to provide full details including full name, year of birth, ID/Passport number, date of issue, and place of issue.

- The tour program serves as a binding agreement between the customer and the company. Any inquiries or complaints will be resolved based on the program terms and payment receipt.

- Pregnant guests of 6 months or more are not accepted on tours for safety reasons.

- Guests aged from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health commitment with the company.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- Not applicable for cancellations on public holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted.

In case of tour cancellation, the following cancellation fees will apply:

If the ticket is cancelled after purchase: 30% of the tour price.

If cancelled 7 days before departure: 50% of the tour price.

If cancelled 03 days before departure: 70% of the tour price.

If cancelled within 24 hours before departure: 100% of the tour price.

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
