07:00: Arrive at Ninh Kieu Wharf. The tour guide will assist everyone in boarding the boat to begin the journey along the peaceful Can Tho River. During this relaxing 30-minute cruise, you can admire the beautiful sunrise over the poetic river scenery.

07:30: Arrive at Cai Rang Floating Market – a famous attraction and a must-visit destination in the Mekong Delta.
Established in the early 20th century at the confluence of the Hau and Cai Rang rivers, this bustling market was officially recognized as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage of Vietnam in 2016. Here, you will experience the lively, cheerful atmosphere and have the opportunity to interact with incredibly friendly locals while shopping or enjoying food directly on the boats.
To overcome the challenges of a large, noisy trading area, locals created the unique "4 Hanging Signs" (4 Treo) tradition using a tall bamboo pole (cây bẹo):

- Hanging what you sell (Treo gì bán nấy) – Vendors hang their products on the pole so buyers can easily recognize them from afar.

- Hanging but not selling (Treo mà không bán) – Clothes and personal items hanging on the boats belong to families living there and are not for sale.

- Not hanging but selling (Không treo mà bán) – Food boats serving dishes and drinks such as noodles, coffee, and Vietnamese banh mi usually do not hang any products.

- Hanging one thing but selling another (Treo cái này nhưng bán cái khác) – When a boat owner wants to sell their boat, they will hang a roofing leaf on the bamboo pole as a traditional signal.

Here, you will enjoy a unique breakfast right on the floating market with local specialties such as a hot bowl of Hu Tieu (Mekong noodle soup), Bun Rieu Cua (crab noodle soup), or Chao Long (pork organ porridge).

08:00: The boat leaves the floating market and takes everyone to a traditional noodle workshop to learn about the authentic process of making handmade Hu Tieu.
This place is also famous for its unique "Hu Tieu Pizza" made from crispy fried noodle sheets. After simple preparation steps—seasoning the noodles, frying them until golden, and adding toppings like ham—you can enjoy this delicious, crunchy specialty (personal expense).
08:30: Return to Ninh Kieu Wharf. Afterward, the bus will transfer everyone to the pier for the journey to Con Son Islet.
09:00: Arrive at the pier and board the boat to Con Son, a small, peaceful islet located on the Hau River between Can Tho and Vinh Long. Home to fewer than 100 households and covering nearly 70 hectares of fertile land enriched by year-round alluvial soil, the islet is blessed with lush orchards, sweet tropical fruits, and a diverse ecosystem that reflects the authentic charm of Southern Vietnam.
Coming here feels like stepping into a peaceful countryside village, surrounded by fresh air and rustic beauty. You will also have the chance to meet friendly, honest, and hospitable local residents, creating a warm and welcoming experience.
The motorboat will take everyone along the peaceful Hau River to explore the Con Son Community Eco-Tourism Village, a destination filled with memorable experiences:

- Visit the Floating Fish Rafts: Explore more than 30 floating fish farms stretching nearly one kilometer along the river. Many species of fish are raised here, such as basa fish, spotted eel-catfish, giant barbs, and especially the pearl knifefish - the main specialty of the area.

- Koi Fish Massage: Admire thousands of colorful Koi fish and experience a unique, relaxing Koi fish massage. Afterward, everyone will enjoy a local treat: grilled pearl knifefish cake (Cha Ca Thac Lac).

Welcome to the Islet: The boat continues to the main dock of Con Son. Here, you will be warmly welcomed by the locals with a special homemade herbal welcome drink prepared from breadfruit leaves or butterfly pea flowers picked fresh from their garden.

- Fruit Orchard Experience: Visit lush, fertile fruit gardens filled with rambutan, longan, pomelo, mangosteen, guava, and many other tropical fruits. Here, you can personally pick ripe fruits directly from the trees and enjoy them fresh right in the garden. Afterward, experience crossing a traditional “monkey bridge” — a narrow, swaying bamboo bridge that serves as a unique symbol of the Mekong Delta.

- Scenic Countryside Stroll: Continue strolling through the peaceful pathways, soaking in the fresh, relaxing atmosphere in the heart of the Hau River.

- The Leaping Snakehead Fish Performance: Witness the famous and unique performance of snakehead fish leaping high into the air simultaneously — a fascinating sight found only here. Following the show, visit the local guava garden to taste sweet, crunchy guavas picked straight from the branches.

NOON:

12:00: Enjoy a rustic lunch at Con Son Community Tourism Village, featuring authentic local specialties rich in the distinctive flavors of the Mekong Delta.

AFTERNOON:

14:00: Visit the "Purple House" - a famous attraction featuring a vibrant, dominant purple theme and countless creative photo spots for checking in (entrance fee at personal expense).

15:30: Say goodbye to Can Tho and depart back to Ho Chi Minh City.
