DAY

MUI NE – CU LAO CAU – GRAPE VINEYARD – BAU TRANG SAND DUNES (Meals: Lunch)

MORNING

05:30: Vietnam Tourist's vehicle and professional tour guide will pick you up from your designated meeting point in the Mui Ne area to begin your Cu Lao Cau Day Tour.

06:30: Enjoy breakfast. After breakfast, proceed to the pier and complete the boarding procedures for your island excursion.

07:30: Board the speedboat to Cu Lao Cau Island. During the approximately 20-minute journey, take in panoramic views of the open sea and enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze.

08:00: Arrive at Cu Lao Cau Island. Your tour guide will take you to explore the island's highlights, including Hang Yen, Bai Tam Tien (the island's most beautiful beach), Mieu Ong, Khe Sung Suong, Bai Da Rua, and more. Admire the island's spectacular natural "stone wall," formed by uniquely shaped rock formations surrounding the island.

10:30: Return to the coral beach for swimming and snorkeling. Discover the island's pristine coral ecosystem, home to nearly 234 coral species, colorful tropical fish, sea urchins, and other fascinating marine life.

Enjoy SUP paddling and capture memorable photos with your paddleboard.

Free time to swim or snorkel directly from the shore.

NOON

12:30: Enjoy lunch on Cu Lao Cau Island.

After lunch, relax and enjoy some free time before departing the island.

AFTERNOON

14:00: Board the boat back to the mainland.

14:30: Arrive at the pier and continue to a Grape Vineyard. See rows of lush grapevines filled with ripe grapes, sample complimentary grape juice and grape wine, and enjoy the unique experience of harvesting fresh grapes directly from the vines. Don't miss the opportunity to capture beautiful photos beneath the picturesque grape trellises, one of the area's most popular check-in spots.

15:30: Continue to Bau Trang, famously known as Vietnam's "Mini Desert." Enjoy free time to explore the spectacular white sand dunes and capture stunning photos. For an even more exciting experience, you may choose to ride a Jeep across the dunes (optional, at your own expense).

17:00: Board the coach for the return journey to Mui Ne.

TOUR INCLUDES

Transportation: Modern air-conditioned tourist coach, fully equipped for comfortable travel & Round-trip boat transfer to Cu Lao Cau Island.

Meals:

Breakfast: 1 local noodle breakfast with a drink (VND 60,000 per person).

Lunch: 1 seafood lunch on the island (VND 250,000 per person).

Entrance Fees: All admission fees as specified in the itinerary.

Travel Insurance: Coverage of up to VND 30,000,000 per person per case.

Tour Guide: Professional, experienced, and friendly English-speaking tour guide.

CHILD POLICY

Children aged 5 years and above: Charged at the full adult rate.

Children under 5 years old: Free of charge when sharing services with parents.

• Optional bus seat surcharge: VND 550,000 per seat. Meals will be shared with parents.

• Maximum one child under 5 years old per two adults. From the second child onward, a charge of 70% of the adult tour price will apply.

NOTES

- Prices for holidays and special events may include additional surcharges.

- The program sequence may change, but the total number of activities will remain the same.

- Guests must arrive at the pick-up point 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. Late arrivals after the vehicle has departed or cancellations without prior notice will incur a fee as if the tour was canceled on the departure day.

- Children must travel with their parents or provide a consent form to travel with relatives. They must bring a birth certificate or passport.

- Guests are responsible for managing their own money and personal belongings during the trip.

- When registering, guests must provide full details: full name, date of birth, ID number, issuance date, and place of issue.

- The tour program is considered an agreement between the customer and the company. Any complaints will be resolved based on the program details and receipt.

- Pregnant women beyond the 6th month are not allowed to join the tour for safety reasons.

Guests aged 70 to 75 years old are required to sign a health declaration with the company.

TOUR CANCELLATION

Cancellations are not accepted during public holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are excluded from the cancellation terms.

• If you cancel the tour, the following cancellation fees apply:

• If canceled after booking: 30% of the ticket price.

• If canceled 7 days before departure: 50% of the ticket price.

• If canceled 3 days before departure: 70% of the ticket price.

• If canceled within 24 hours before departure: 100% of the ticket price

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
