DAY

HO CHI MINH CITY – LY SON ISLAND DISCOVERY (Meals: Breakfast , Lunch & Dinner)

MORNING

05:00: Meet the Vietnam Tourist Tour guide at Tan Son Nhat International Airport for the Ly Son Island Tour 2 Days 1 Night. The Tour guide will gather the group, conduct attendance, and assist with Check in procedures for the 06:45 Vietjet Air flight to Chu Lai Airport (7 kg carry-on baggage + 20 kg checked baggage).

08:00: Arrive at Chu Lai Airport. The Vietnam Tourist vehicle and Tour guide will transfer you to a local restaurant for Breakfast.

09:00: Depart for Sa Ky Port to complete the ferry boarding procedures for Ly Son Island.

09:30: Arrive at Sa Ky Port. Receive your ticket and board the 11:00 High-speed ferry to Ly Son Island. During the journey, enjoy the beautiful seascape, drifting clouds, and local fishing boats heading offshore. On clear days, you may also spot schools of fish jumping above the sea.

11:35: After approximately 35 minutes, arrive at Ly Son Island. The Vietnam Tourist Tour guide will gather the group and transfer you to the Hotel.

NOON

12:00: Enjoy Lunch at a local restaurant on Ly Son Island.

After lunch, Check in to the Hotel and relax.

AFTERNOON

14:00: Visit the Hoang Sa Flotilla Exhibition House, where historical artifacts of the Hoang Sa soldiers are displayed. These exhibits commemorate the missions assigned by the Nguyen Lords to survey the Hoang Sa Islands, collect local products, and affirm Vietnam's sovereignty over the Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos.

15:00: Continue to the island's oldest and largest Bougainvillea Tree, a popular Check-in spot. Planted more than 50 years ago, the tree stands approximately 7 meters tall with a wide, rounded canopy.

15:30: Continue to Thoi Loi Peak. Along the way, you will pass the island's lush garlic fields, creating a peaceful landscape with the vast sea on one side and green fields on the other.

16:00: Conquer Thoi Loi Peak, one of the five largest extinct volcanoes on Ly Son Island. From the summit, enjoy a panoramic view of the island, where mountains, sea, and sky blend into a breathtaking landscape.

Continue to Check-in at the Ly Son Island Flagpole, a 20-meter-high landmark facing the Hoang Sa Archipelago. It symbolizes Vietnam's maritime sovereignty and features four flame-shaped reliefs representing patriotism and national unity.

16:30: Visit Hang Cau, a scenic coastal attraction featuring towering volcanic cliffs, unique rock formations, a long white sandy beach, and crystal-clear water.

AN BINH ISLAND – LY SON HIGHLIGHTS (Meals: Breakfast , Lunch & Dinner)

MORNING

You may wake up early and visit Mu Cu Fishing Port to watch the sunrise. Located at the easternmost point of the island, Mu Cu is the first place on Ly Son Island to witness the sunrise over the sea. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and refreshing ocean views.

06:30: Enjoy Breakfast.

07:00: Gather at the port and board the boat to An Binh Island (Be Island). The journey from Ly Son Island to An Binh Island takes approximately 8 minutes. The island features ancient volcanic formations, white sandy beaches, and a peaceful natural landscape.

07:30: Arrive at An Binh Island and walk from the pier onto the island. Visit popular Check-in spots including Bai Truoc – Mum Tau, Love Bridge, and Hon Dun – Bai Dua.

08:30: Continue to Hang Bai Sau – Bai Da Co for sightseeing, photography, and swimming in the crystal-clear sea. You may also join a basket boat trip to view the coral reefs (At your own expense).

09:30: Continue exploring the Mural Village, Bai Tay – Khe Nuoc, the Phong Ba Tree, the water treatment plant, and the solar power plant.

11:00: Return by boat to Ly Son Island.

NOON

11:30: Enjoy Lunch at a local restaurant and relax.

AFTERNOON

14:30: Visit Hang Pagoda, a National Heritage Site. Learn about its history and spiritual significance to the local people. The pagoda is located inside a volcanic cave formed by the eruption of Thoi Loi Volcano more than 30 million years ago and reflects the cultural exchange between the Vietnamese and Cham people.

15:30: Continue to Gieng Tien Mountain, home to Duc Pagoda, also known as the pagoda without monks. Discover the local legend of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, who protects the fishermen of Ly Son Island. Visit Liem Tu Peak, famous for the legendary celestial chessboard perched on the cliff.

16:30: Visit To Vo Gate, one of the best places on Ly Son Island to watch the sunset. The volcanic rock arch framing the glowing sunset over the sea creates a spectacular natural landscape.

LY SON ISLAND – SA KY PORT – MINH DUC PAGODA – CHU LAI AIRPORT – HO CHI MINH CITY (Meals: Breakfast & Lunch)

MORNING

07:00: Enjoy Breakfast at the Hotel. After breakfast, you will have Free time to swim or shop for local specialties on Ly Son Island.

09:30: Check out of the Hotel.

10:00: Transfer to Ly Son Port to complete Check in procedures for the 11:00 High-speed ferry back to Sa Ky Port.

11:30: Arrive at Sa Ky Port. The vehicle will transfer you to the center of Quang Ngai City for lunch.

NOON

12:30: Enjoy Lunch at a local restaurant.

AFTERNOON

13:30: Visit Minh Duc Pagoda to admire the tallest Buddha statue in Vietnam. Construction of Minh Duc Pagoda began in May 2018. Although relatively new, the pagoda has attracted many visitors and pilgrims. Located within the large Thien Ma Cultural Complex, it is expected to become one of Quang Ngai's leading spiritual destinations. A highlight of the pagoda is the 125-meter Avalokitesvara (Guanyin) Buddha Statue, the tallest in Vietnam. After three years of construction, the statue has reached a height of 70 meters and is expected to become a sacred landmark of Quang Ngai.

15:00: Transfer to Chu Lai Airport. The Vietnam Tourist Tour guide will assist you with Check in procedures for your 17:15 flight back to Ho Chi Minh City, concluding the tour. CHILDREN POLICY

Children under 2 years old: A surcharge of VND 500,000 per child applies. Parents are responsible for all additional expenses incurred. Every 02 adults may accompany 01 child at this rate. The second child will be charged 85% of the adult tour price, including a separate seat on the vehicle and 01 adult meal.

Children from 2 to 4 years old: Charged according to the airfare of VND 4,000,000 per ticket. Every 02 adults may accompany 01 child at this rate. The second child will be charged 85% of the adult tour price, including a separate seat on the vehicle and 01 adult meal.

Children from 5 to under 10 years old: Charged 85% of the adult tour price, including all tour services and a separate seat on the vehicle. No separate bed is provided; the child will share a bed with the parents. Every 02 adults may accompany 01 child at this rate. The second child will be be charged the adult tour price.

Children from 10 years old: Charged 100% of the adult tour price.

IMPORTANT NOTES

For safety reasons, guests who are more than 6 months pregnant are not accepted on this tour.

No refunds will be provided if you choose not to participate in any activities included in the itinerary.

Guests aged 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health declaration with Vietnam Tourist.

Vietnam Tourist is not responsible for ensuring the itinerary can be carried out in cases of force majeure, including natural disasters such as storms, floods, droughts, or earthquakes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note: This tour is non-refundable and non-cancellable.

OTHERS IMPORTANT NOTES

Guests aged 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health declaration with Vietnam Tourist. Guests aged 75 years and above must provide a medical certificate confirming they are fit to travel, issued by a licensed doctor, together with a health declaration signed with Vietnam Tourist. Guests in this age group must be accompanied by a family member under 60 years old who is in good health. Guests aged 80 years and above are not accepted.

Pregnant guests are kindly requested to inform our sales staff at the time of booking for further consultation. For safety reasons, guests who are more than 5 months pregnant are not accepted on this tour.

For Vietnamese citizens: Children aged 14 years and above and adults must carry the original valid National ID Card or Passport with a clear photo. (National ID Cards must have been issued within the last 15 years.) Children under 14 years old must present the original or a notarized copy of their Birth Certificate.

For foreign nationals and overseas Vietnamese: You must carry your original valid Passport or Permanent Residence Card together with a valid Visa and Vietnam re-entry permit (if applicable) to complete airline check-in procedures.

If you provide an incorrect name or arrive after the airline's check-in deadline, you will be responsible for any ticket change fees or the cost of purchasing a new ticket in accordance with the airline's policy, subject to seat availability.

After completing airline check-in and receiving your boarding pass, please keep it carefully and ensure you board your flight on time. Vietnam Tourist is not responsible if you lose your boarding pass or fail to board according to the airline's regulations.

Baggage Allowance:

Carry-on baggage: Up to 7 kg per passenger (maximum dimensions: 56 cm × 36 cm × 23 cm).

Checked baggage: 20 kg per passenger. (Power banks and electronic devices must not be packed inside checked baggage.)

Meeting Information: Please arrange your own transportation to Tan Son Nhat International Airport – Domestic Terminal, arriving 2 hours before departure on regular days and 2 hours 30 minutes before departure during public holidays and Tet.

Please carefully review the Ticket Terms and Conditions before booking. If someone else registers the tour on your behalf, please ensure you receive all relevant tour information from the person making the booking.

Hotel Check in time is after 14:00, and Check out time is before 12:00.

Hotel or resort rooms may not be located on the same floor or close together. Double-bed or twin-bed room requests are subject to availability at each Hotel or resort.

If you are traveling alone, a single-room supplement applies. If another solo traveler of the same gender is available and both guests agree to share a room, Vietnam Tourist will refund the single-room supplement.

For groups of 03 adults, Vietnam Tourist will arrange 01 triple room with 01 double bed (1.6 m) and 01 extra bed or mattress.

When booking the tour, please carefully read the itinerary, tour price, inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation policy stated on the payment receipt. If someone else registers the tour on your behalf, please make sure you receive all tour information from that person.

Flight schedules are subject to the airline's operation and may change without prior notice.

Depending on actual conditions, the order of attractions may be adjusted while still ensuring all attractions in the itinerary are included.

Vietnam Tourist is not responsible for ensuring the itinerary can be carried out in the following cases:

Natural disasters such as storms, floods, droughts, or earthquakes.

Security incidents such as terrorism or demonstrations.

Airline-related issues, including technical problems, security concerns, flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes.

In the above circumstances, Vietnam Tourist will consider refunding the cost of any unused sightseeing services where possible, after deducting the costs of services already provided (such as visa processing fees). No additional compensation for any other expenses will be provided.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
