For safety reasons, guests who are more than 6 months pregnant are not accepted on this tour.

No refunds will be provided if you choose not to participate in any activities included in the itinerary.

Guests aged 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health declaration with Vietnam Tourist.

Vietnam Tourist is not responsible for ensuring the itinerary can be carried out in cases of force majeure, including natural disasters such as storms, floods, droughts, or earthquakes.

OTHERS IMPORTANT NOTES

Guests aged 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health declaration with Vietnam Tourist. Guests aged 75 years and above must provide a medical certificate confirming they are fit to travel, issued by a licensed doctor, together with a health declaration signed with Vietnam Tourist. Guests in this age group must be accompanied by a family member under 60 years old who is in good health. Guests aged 80 years and above are not accepted.

Pregnant guests are kindly requested to inform our sales staff at the time of booking for further consultation. For safety reasons, guests who are more than 5 months pregnant are not accepted on this tour.

For Vietnamese citizens: Children aged 14 years and above and adults must carry the original valid National ID Card or Passport with a clear photo. (National ID Cards must have been issued within the last 15 years.) Children under 14 years old must present the original or a notarized copy of their Birth Certificate.

For foreign nationals and overseas Vietnamese: You must carry your original valid Passport or Permanent Residence Card together with a valid Visa and Vietnam re-entry permit (if applicable) to complete airline check-in procedures.

If you provide an incorrect name or arrive after the airline's check-in deadline, you will be responsible for any ticket change fees or the cost of purchasing a new ticket in accordance with the airline's policy, subject to seat availability.

After completing airline check-in and receiving your boarding pass, please keep it carefully and ensure you board your flight on time. Vietnam Tourist is not responsible if you lose your boarding pass or fail to board according to the airline's regulations.

Baggage Allowance:

Carry-on baggage: Up to 7 kg per passenger (maximum dimensions: 56 cm × 36 cm × 23 cm).

Checked baggage: 20 kg per passenger. (Power banks and electronic devices must not be packed inside checked baggage.)

Meeting Information: Please arrange your own transportation to Tan Son Nhat International Airport – Domestic Terminal, arriving 2 hours before departure on regular days and 2 hours 30 minutes before departure during public holidays and Tet.

Please carefully review the Ticket Terms and Conditions before booking. If someone else registers the tour on your behalf, please ensure you receive all relevant tour information from the person making the booking.

Hotel Check in time is after 14:00, and Check out time is before 12:00.

Hotel or resort rooms may not be located on the same floor or close together. Double-bed or twin-bed room requests are subject to availability at each Hotel or resort.

If you are traveling alone, a single-room supplement applies. If another solo traveler of the same gender is available and both guests agree to share a room, Vietnam Tourist will refund the single-room supplement.

For groups of 03 adults, Vietnam Tourist will arrange 01 triple room with 01 double bed (1.6 m) and 01 extra bed or mattress.

When booking the tour, please carefully read the itinerary, tour price, inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation policy stated on the payment receipt. If someone else registers the tour on your behalf, please make sure you receive all tour information from that person.

Flight schedules are subject to the airline's operation and may change without prior notice.

Depending on actual conditions, the order of attractions may be adjusted while still ensuring all attractions in the itinerary are included.

Vietnam Tourist is not responsible for ensuring the itinerary can be carried out in the following cases:

Natural disasters such as storms, floods, droughts, or earthquakes.

Security incidents such as terrorism or demonstrations.

Airline-related issues, including technical problems, security concerns, flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes.

In the above circumstances, Vietnam Tourist will consider refunding the cost of any unused sightseeing services where possible, after deducting the costs of services already provided (such as visa processing fees). No additional compensation for any other expenses will be provided.
