MORNING
06:00: Vietnam Tourist's tour guide and bus will pick you up at the designated meeting point and depart for the Phan Thiet – Mui Ne Full-Day Tour.
PICK-UP POINTS:
- Pick-up Point 1: Vietnam Tourist Office – 54 D9 Street, Tay Thanh Ward, Tan Phu District (06:00)
- Pick-up Point 2: Pico Plaza Shopping Center (Lotte Cong Hoa), 20 Cong Hoa Street, Ward 12, Tan Binh District (06:10)
- Pick-up Point 3: Youth Cultural House, 6 Pham Ngoc Thach Street, District 1 (06:30)
- Pick-up Point 4: ACB Bank, 278 Xo Viet Nghe Tinh Street, Ward 21, Binh Thanh District (06:40)
- Pick-up Point 5: MM Mega Market An Phu (Metro District 2) (06:50)
- Pick-up Point 6: Thu Duc Intersection – Thu Duc Police Station, 9 Hanoi Highway, Hiep Phu Ward, District 9 (07:00)
07:30: Stop at a local rest area for breakfast and personal refreshment.
08:30: Continue the journey to Phan Thiet.
09:30: Mango Beach Exploration: Arrive at Mango Beach, a European-style check-in destination right in Mui Ne. Here, you can interact with adorable and friendly animals such as alpacas, miniature ponies, turtles, rabbits, and the famous giant fluffy snow cows. The site offers a variety of fantastic photo opportunities, including the Camping Farm area and beautifully designed check-in spots. Guests can also enjoy free time to relax and swim on the beach.
11:00: Board the bus to travel back to the center of Phan Thiet City.
LUNCH
11:30: Arrive at a local restaurant to enjoy a delicious lunch.
AFTERNOON
13:30: Bikini Beach Park (Novaworld Phan Thiet): Arrive at Bikini Beach Park located within Novaworld Phan Thiet. You will have the opportunity to admire and take unique check-in photos with impressive, brand-new iconic landmarks, such as the giant marine symbols, the famous Red Door, the Rainbow Gate, the vintage Wooden House, and the giant Novaworld Phan Thiet photo frame.
The area also features a massive central square hosting vibrant outdoor activities and events. You can explore the active Muscle Zone, the outdoor gym setup, and various seaside sports. Enjoy your free time strolling along the coastline and capturing the best "instagrammable" angles.
15:00: Board the vehicle to depart for Ho Chi Minh City. Along the way, stop at a local specialty market for sightseeing and souvenir shopping.
17:30: Arrive back in Ho Chi Minh City. The bus will drop you off at your original pick-up point, marking the end of your Phan Thiet Full-Day Tour.

TOUR INCLUDES
1. Transportation: Modern air-conditioned tourist vehicle meeting tourism service standards.
2. Meals: 01 local breakfast (noodle soup and drink). 01 set-menu lunch (VND 150,000 per person).
3. Entrance Fees: All entrance tickets as specified in the itinerary. No refunds will be provided for any unused attractions or services voluntarily skipped by guests.
4. Travel Insurance: Insurance coverage of up to VND 30,000,000 per person per case.
5. Tour Guide: Professional, experienced, friendly, and dedicated English-speaking tour guide.
6. Complimentary Gifts: Vietnam Tourist travel hat, Bottled water (500ml per guest), Cold towel.
7.VAT: 8% VAT included. Should you require a VAT invoice, please provide your billing information to our sales team at the time of booking.
TOUR EXCLUDES
- Personal expenses such as laundry, beverages, meals not specified in the itinerary, and freshwater shower fees at sightseeing locations.
- Optional tours, activities, and attractions not mentioned in the program.
- Any additional services not clearly stated under the “Tour Price Includes” section.
CHILD POLICY
- Children under 5 years old: Free of charge; however, a separate seat on the vehicle must be purchased for the child.
- Children from 5 to 10 years old: Charged 70% of the adult tour price, including meals and a seat on the vehicle.
- Children aged 11 years and above: Charged at the full adult rate and entitled to all services as included for adults.
NOTES
- Prices for holidays and special events may include additional surcharges.
- The program sequence may change, but the total number of activities will remain the same.
- Guests must arrive at the pick-up point 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. Late arrivals after the vehicle has departed or cancellations without prior notice will incur a fee as if the tour was canceled on the departure day.
- Children must travel with their parents or provide a consent form to travel with relatives. They must bring a birth certificate or passport.
- Guests are responsible for managing their own money and personal belongings during the trip.
- When registering, guests must provide full details: full name, date of birth, ID number, issuance date, and place of issue.
The tour program is considered an agreement between the customer and the company. Any complaints will be resolved based on the program details and receipt.
Pregnant women beyond the 6th month are not allowed to join the tour for safety reasons.
Guests aged 70 to 75 years old are required to sign a health declaration with the company.
TOUR CANCELLATION
- No refund will be made if guests do not join any sightseeing activities as per the itinerary.
(This policy does not apply to cancellations during public holidays and does not include Saturdays and Sundays.)
- Cancellations are not accepted during public holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are excluded from the cancellation terms.
- If you cancel the tour, the following cancellation fees apply:
If canceled after booking: 30% of the ticket price.
If canceled 7 days before departure: 50% of the ticket price.
If canceled 3 days before departure: 70% of the ticket price.
If canled within 24 hours before departure: 100% of the ticket price.

1. Đặt dịch vụ trực tiếp tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist
Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.
Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:
- Họ và tên
- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour
- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )
Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.
Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.
2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):
Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.
Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:
- Họ và tên
- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour
- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )
Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.
Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.
Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.
Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.
II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)
Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)
Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:
- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ
- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)
- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )
Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.
Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:
- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.
- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.
Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
