DAY

MORNING

05:00: The Vietnam Tourist tour guide welcomes guests at the designated meeting point. Board the coach and depart for a full-day tour to the vibrant Sa Dec Flower Village.

Pick-up Points:

Point 1: Vietnam Tourist Tan Phu Office – No. 54, D9 Street, Tay Thanh Ward, Tan Phu District (04:30 AM)
Point 2: Vietnam Tourist Tan Binh Office – No. 208 Hoang Van Thu Street, Ward 4, Tan Binh District (04:50 AM)

07:30: After passing the Trung Luong Expressway, the bus will stop at a regional restaurant for a filling breakfast.

08:30: Continue the journey toward Dong Thap Province. Along the way, join fun group activities, interactive quizzes with prizes, and listen to your guide share insights into the local customs and vibrant culture of the Mekong Delta.

09:30: Arrive at the sprawling flower fields to capture stunning photos amidst colorful roses and scenic landscapes. Explore popular check-in spots including the infinity staircase, a hot air balloon model, traditional bamboo bridges, cozy leaf cottages, and charming flower boats. Don't miss the unique and exciting "flying snakehead fish" performance.

11:00: Depart for a local restaurant to prepare for lunch.

NOON

11:30: Enjoy lunch at local restaurant.

AFTERNOON:

13:00: Journey to the "Kingdom of Pink Mandarins," a massive agricultural marvel spanning nearly 2,000 hectares. Walk through the lush, fruit-laden orchards that produce over 40,000 tons of vibrant pink mandarins annually for the Lunar New Year season.

15:00: Visit Jade Buddha Pagoda for sightseeing and worship. Besides offering prayers and enjoying a peaceful atmosphere, visitors will be impressed by the pagoda’s unique setting, which resembles a miniature ancient film studio. With its picturesque architecture and scenic corners, the pagoda is an ideal place for photography and memorable check-in moments, especially for those who love traditional Asian-inspired styles.

16:30: Depart for Ho Chi Minh City.

20:00: Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City. The vehicle will transfer the group back to the original pick-up point. End of the 1-day Sa Dec Flower Village tour.

TOUR INCLUDES

1. Transportation: Modern air-conditioned coach with comfortable seating.
2. Meals: 01 set breakfast (Noodles+ drink)
Main meals: 01 set-menu meals (150,000 VND/pax)
3. Entrance fees: All entrance tickets included as per itinerary. No refund will be given for any unused services or skipped attractions.
4. Insurance: Travel insurance coverage up to 30,000,000 VND per person per case.
5. Tour guide: Enthusiastic, experienced, and attentive English-speaking tour guide service.
6. Gifts: Vietnam Tourist travel hat, 500ml bottled water per day, and cold towels.
7. VAT 8%: VAT invoice available upon request. Please provide details to our sales staff.

TOUR EXCLUDES

- Personal expense: Laundry, meals outside the program, and freshwater shower services at sightseeing spots.
- Attractions: Entrance fees for any attractions not included in the itinerary.

CHILD’S POLICY

- Children under 5 years old: Seat surcharge on the coach: 243,000 VND/seat. Parents or accompanying adults are responsible for all expenses such as meals, accommodation, and sightseeing (if any) for the child. Each two adults may accompany only one child under 5 years old. The second child (and above) under 5 years old must purchase 50% of the tour price. Coach seat surcharge: 30% of the tour price per child (if requested by parents).
- Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 70% of the tour price, including meals, coach seat, and shared bed with family. Each two adults may accompany only one child in this age group; the second child (and above) must purchase an adult ticket.
- Children aged 11 years and above: Full adult ticket, with the same services and standards as adults.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Surcharge will apply for tours during public holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year).

- The itinerary order may be changed, but the number of activities remains the same.

- Guests must be present at the pick-up point at least 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals after the coach has departed or cancellations without prior notice will be charged as a “no-show on departure day.”

- Children must be accompanied by their parents or must have a written authorization letter from a guardian. A birth certificate or passport is required when participating in the tour.

- Guests are responsible for managing their own money and personal belongings during the trip.

- Upon booking, guests are required to provide full details including full name, year of birth, ID/Passport number, date of issue, and place of issue.

- The tour program serves as a binding agreement between the customer and the company. Any inquiries or complaints will be resolved based on the program terms and payment receipt.

- Pregnant guests of 6 months or more are not accepted on tours for safety reasons.

- Guests aged from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health commitment with the company.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- Not applicable for cancellations on public holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted.

In case of tour cancellation, the following cancellation fees will apply:

If the ticket is cancelled after purchase: 30% of the tour price.
If cancelled 7 days before departure: 50% of the tour price.
If cancelled 03 days before departure: 70% of the tour price.
If cancelled within 24 hours before departure: 100% of the tour price.

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
