DAY

MORNING:

05:00: The Vietnam Tourist’s guide will pick you up at the meeting point and depart for the Tan Lap eco Tourism Village Tour. During the journey, guests can enjoy light activities with the tour guide and relax on the bus.

Pick-up Points:

Pick up point 1: VIETNAM TOURIST Office – No. 54, D9 Street, Tây Thạnh Ward, Tân Phú District, Ho Chi Minh City (05:00 AM)
Pick up point 2: VIETNAM TOURIST Office – No. 208, Hoàng Văn Thụ Street, Ward 4, Tân Bình District, Ho Chi Minh City (05:20 AM)
Pick up point 3: Youth Cultural House – No. 6 Phạm Ngọc Thạch Street, District 1 (05:45 AM)
Pick up point 4: Chu Văn An Secondary School – 115 Cống Quỳnh Street, Nguyễn Cư Trinh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City (06:00 AM). Please note that for this pick-up point, guests will be dropped off at Bến Thành Market on the return trip.

07:00: Stop at a rest area to freshen up and enjoy breakfast. You can choose from traditional favorites like Hu Tieu, Pho, Banh Canh, or broken rice with grilled pork, served with refreshing iced tea.

08:00: Head to the Tan Lap Floating Village Ecotourism Area, a hidden gem in Long An Province. Perfect for families and friends, this beautiful destination offers a peaceful escape where you can immerse yourself in the natural beauty and unique river life of the Mekong Delta.

09:00: Arrive at Tan Lap Floating Village. The group will gather at the entrance for a memorable group photo before our guide arranges the admission tickets and leads everyone into the eco-tourism area.

Next, immerse yourself in the tranquil atmosphere and fresh air of the wetlands as we begin our exploration. You will stroll along the unique 5-kilometer concrete pathway winding through the forest and climb the observation tower for a breathtaking, panoramic view of the endless cajuput canopy. Throughout the journey, our Vietnam Tourist guide will be delighted to help you capture beautiful souvenir photos.

NOON:

11:30: Enjoy Lunch at local restaurant.

AFTERNOON:

14:00: Continue visiting Truc Lam Chánh Giac Zen Monastery, often referred to as “Little India” in the heart of Tiền Giang. Coming here, You can enjoy a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.

One of the highlights of the monastery is the magnificent statue of Shakyamuni Buddha, crafted from jade stone and covered in gold leaf. The statue stands 4.5 meters tall, weighs more than 30 tons, and was personally created by skilled artisans from Myanmar.

17:00: Depart for Ho Chi Minh City.

18:00: Arrive back in Ho Chi Minh City, marking the end of your Tan Lap Floating Village 1-day tour. VIETNAM TOURIST sincerely thanks you for choosing us! We look forward to welcoming you on your future journeys.

TOUR INCLUDES

1.Transportation: New air-conditioned coach with seats, meeting tourism service standards.

2.Meals:

01 noodle+ drink (valued at VND 70,000 per guest)
Main Meal: 01 set menu lunch (valued at VND 150,000 per guest)

3.Entrance fees: All entrance tickets included as per itinerary. No refund will be given for any unused services or skipped attractions.

4.Insurance: Travel insurance coverage up to 30,000,000 VND per person per case.

5.Tour guide: Enthusiastic, experienced, and attentive English-speaking tour guide service.

6.Gifts: Vietnam Tourist travel hat, 500ml bottled water per day, and cold towels.

7.VAT 8%: VAT invoice available upon request. Please provide details to our sales staff.

TOUR EXCLUDES

- Personal expenses : Laundry, meals outside the program, and freshwater shower services at sightseeing spots.

- Attractions: Entrance fees for any attractions not included in the itinerary.

CHLIDREN POLICY

- Children under 5 years old: Seat surcharge on the coach: 300,000 VND/seat. Parents or accompanying adults are responsible for all expenses such as meals, accommodation, and sightseeing (if any) for the child. Each two adults may accompany only one child under 5 years old. The second child (and above) under 5 years old must purchase 50% of the tour price. Coach seat surcharge: 30% of the tour price per child (if requested by parents).

- Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 70% of the tour price, including meals, coach seat, and shared bed with family. Each two adults may accompany only one child in this age group; the second child (and above) must purchase an adult ticket.

- Children aged 11 years and above: Full adult ticket, with the same services and standards as adults.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Surcharge will apply for tours during public holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year).

- The itinerary order may be changed, but the number of activities remains the same.

- Guests must be present at the pick-up point at least 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals after the coach has departed or cancellations without prior notice will be charged as a “no-show on departure day.”

- Children must be accompanied by their parents or must have a written authorization letter from a guardian. A birth certificate or passport is required when participating in the tour.

- Guests are responsible for managing their own money and personal belongings during the trip.

- Upon booking, guests are required to provide full details including full name, year of birth, ID/Passport number, date of issue, and place of issue.

- The tour program serves as a binding agreement between the customer and the company. Any inquiries or complaints will be resolved based on the program terms and payment receipt.

- Pregnant guests of 6 months or more are not accepted on tours for safety reasons.

- Guests aged from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health commitment with the company.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- Not applicable for cancellations on public holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted.

In case of tour cancellation, the following cancellation fees will apply:

If the ticket is cancelled after purchase: 30% of the tour price.
If cancelled 07 days before departure: 50% of the tour price.
If cancelled 03 days before departure: 70% of the tour price.
If cancelled within 24 hours before departure: 100% of the tour price

1. Đặt dịch vụ trực tiếp tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
