Detailed tour schedule BA VI TOUR | 2D1N | FROM HANOI

DAY

HANOI – VIETNAM NATIONAL VILLAGE FOR ETHNIC CULTURE AND TOURISM – BA VÌ NATIONAL PARK (Meals: Lunch & Dinner)

MORNING

08:00: Vietnam Tourist's tour guide and driver will pick you up at the designated meeting point and depart for the Ba Vì 2 Days 1 Night Tour. Sit back and relax during the journey.

09:00: Arrive at the Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism, a cultural complex dedicated to preserving and showcasing the traditional heritage of Vietnam's 54 ethnic groups. Here, you can learn about the unique customs, traditional architecture, religious practices, festivals, and distinctive costumes of various ethnic communities, including the Ede, Tay, Dao, Muong, Thai, Co Tu, Ta Oi, and Khmer.

Continue to visit the Khmer Pagoda, which covers an area of 0.8 hectares beside Dong Mo Lake and the Khmer Village. The pagoda complex features the Main Hall, Three-Entrance Gate, Corner Towers, Stupa Garden, Crematorium, Boat House, Shrine, Small Pagoda (Sala), Sala Hall, Flagpole, and Lotus Pond, all connected by peaceful walkways surrounded by lush gardens.

10:30: Continue the journey to Ba Vì.

NOON

11:30: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

AFTERNOON

13:00: Arrive at the hotel and check in. Relax at your leisure.

15:00: Visit Ba Vì National Park, one of Northern Vietnam's most beautiful nature reserves. Explore the following attractions:

Take a leisurely walk through the ancient Cypress Forest at the 1,100-meter elevation.
Climb 175 stone steps to Ho Chi Minh Temple, where you can offer incense, learn about the history of the temple, and admire panoramic views of the magnificent Ba Vì mountains and forests.
Visit the Old French Church, peacefully hidden beneath towering ancient trees, and enjoy free time for photography.

17:00: Dinner is served at a local restaurant.

EVENING

Enjoy your free time to relax or take a leisurely stroll.

Overnight in Ba Vì.

BA VÌ - HA NOI ( Meal: Breakfast)

MORNING

Wake up early to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and breathe in the fresh mountain air.

07:00: Enjoy breakfast at the resort. Spend your free time relaxing and enjoying the resort's facilities.

11:00: Check out of the hotel.

NOON

11:30: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

AFTERNOON

13:00: Continue exploring Ba Vì National Park.

Visit the Wild Sunflower Garden, where thousands of vibrant yellow wild sunflowers bloom beautifully during October and November each year. Enjoy free time to take photos among the picturesque flower fields, often compared to the romantic landscapes of Da Lat.

Visit the Cactus Greenhouse (entrance ticket at your own expense), home to more than 1,200 species of cacti. Housed inside a spacious vintage-style glasshouse on the summit of Ba Vì, this unique botanical collection is dedicated to preserving and cultivating a wide variety of rare cactus species.

Explore the scenic Ba Vì Pine Forest, a peaceful destination surrounded by lush greenery and majestic natural landscapes. It is an ideal place for nature lovers seeking a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

15:30: Depart for Hanoi. On the way, stop to rest and shop for local specialties from Ba Vì, such as yogurt and fresh milk, to take home as gifts for family and friends.

17:00: Arrive in Hanoi. The driver and tour guide will drop you off at the original pick-up point, marking the end of the Ba Vì 2 Days 1 Night Tour.

TOUR INCLUDES

Transportation: Air-conditioned tourist vehicle for all transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary.

Accommodation: Resort accommodation with full amenities, based on 2–4 guests per room.

Meals:

Breakfast: 1 buffet breakfast.

Main Meals: 2 lunches/dinners, including:

1 meal valued at VND 300,000 per person.

1 meal valued at VND 200,000 per person.
Menus are varied and may change daily.

Entrance Fees: Admission tickets to attractions included in the itinerary.

Travel Insurance: Coverage of up to VND 50,000,000 per person per case.

Tour Guide: Professional, experienced, and friendly English-speaking tour guide.

Complimentary Services: One 500ml bottle of mineral water and one cold towel per person per day.

VAT: 8% Value Added Tax (VAT).

TOUR EXCLUDES

Personal expenses such as laundry, beverages, and meals not mentioned in the itinerary.

Freshwater shower fees at sightseeing attractions.

Entrance fees to attractions not included in the itinerary.

Optional activities and services not specified in the tour program.

CHILD POLICY

Children under 5 years old: Free of charge. Two adults may accompany one child under 5 years old free of charge. From the second child onward, 50% of the tour price will be charged.

Children from 5 to under 10 years old: Charged 70% of the adult tour price. Two adults may accompany one child under 5 years old. From the second child onward, the full adult tour price applies.

Children from 11 years old and above: Charged 100% of the adult tour price.

BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY

A 70% deposit of the total tour price is required at the time of booking.

Please provide a copy of your Passport, National ID Card, or Birth Certificate when making your reservation.

The remaining balance must be paid to the tour guide before the tour begins.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

If you wish to cancel or change your tour after booking, please visit the Vietnam Tourist office with your Booking Confirmation to complete the required procedures. Cancellation or amendment fees will be applied according to Vietnam Tourist's policy.

For cancellation or amendment requests made by phone or email, please present your Booking Confirmation at the booking office within 24 hours after we receive your request. This policy only applies to requests submitted at least 12 days before the departure date.

Cancellation periods are calculated based on working days only, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Cancellation Charges

30 days or more before departure: No cancellation fee.

21–29 days before departure: 50% of the tour deposit will be charged.

13–20 days before departure: 100% of the tour deposit (or 50% of the total tour price) will be charged.

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
