DAY

HANOI – HOA LU ANCIENT CAPITAL – TAM COC – HANG MUA – HANOI (Meal: Lunch)

MORNING

07:30: Vietnam Tourist's tour guide and driver pick you up at the designated meeting point and depart for Ninh Binh.

Along the way, stop at a rest area where you can take a short break, use the facilities, or enjoy breakfast at your own expense.

10:00: Arrive in Ninh Binh and visit Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, the first capital of Vietnam's centralized feudal state under the Dinh and Early Le Dynasties. This important historical site offers fascinating insights into Vietnam's rich cultural heritage.

NOON

12:00: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant featuring Ninh Binh specialties, including goat meat and crispy rice.

AFTERNOON

13:30: Continue with a Tam Coc Boat Trip, one of Ninh Binh's most iconic experiences. During the approximately 1.5-hour sampan ride rowed by local boatmen, cruise along the peaceful river surrounded by dramatic limestone mountains and lush rice fields. Explore the three natural caves of Hang Ca, Hang Hai, and Hang Ba, which were formed over millions of years through natural erosion. Often referred to as "Ha Long Bay on Land," Tam Coc is celebrated for its breathtaking scenery and unique karst landscape.

15:30: Continue to Hang Mua. Climb nearly 500 stone steps to the summit, where you will be rewarded with spectacular panoramic views of Tam Coc and Ninh Binh City.

17:00: Depart for Hanoi.

EVENING

19:30: Arrive in Hanoi. Your driver and tour guide will drop you off at the original pick-up point, marking the end of your Ninh Binh Day Tour.

Personal expenses such as laundry, beverages, and meals not mentioned in the itinerary.

Freshwater shower fees at sightseeing attractions.

Entrance fees to attractions not included in the itinerary.

Optional activities and services not specified in the tour program.

CHILD POLICY

Children under 5 years old: Free of charge. Two adults may accompany one child under 5 years old free of charge. From the second child onward, 50% of the tour price will be charged.

Children from 5 to under 10 years old: Charged 70% of the adult tour price. Two adults may accompany one child under 5 years old. From the second child onward, the full adult tour price applies.

Children from 11 years old and above: Charged 100% of the adult tour price.

BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY

A 70% deposit of the total tour price is required at the time of booking.

Please provide a copy of your Passport, National ID Card, or Birth Certificate when making your reservation.

The remaining balance must be paid to the tour guide before the tour begins.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

If you wish to cancel or change your tour after booking, please visit the Vietnam Tourist office with your Booking Confirmation to complete the required procedures. Cancellation or amendment fees will be applied according to Vietnam Tourist's policy.

For cancellation or amendment requests made by phone or email, please present your Booking Confirmation at the booking office within 24 hours after we receive your request. This policy only applies to requests submitted at least 12 days before the departure date.

Cancellation periods are calculated based on working days only, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Cancellation Charges

30 days or more before departure: No cancellation fee.

21–29 days before departure: 50% of the tour deposit will be charged.

13–20 days before departure: 100% of the tour deposit (or 50% of the total tour price) will be charged.

The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

A 20% surcharge applies during public holidays and the Lunar New Year.

Vegetarian meals and other special dietary requests are available upon request. Please notify us at least one day before departure.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Guests aged 70 to under 75 are required to sign a health declaration before joining the tour.

Guests aged 75 and above must provide a medical certificate confirming they are fit to travel, sign a health declaration with Vietnam Tourist, and be accompanied by a healthy companion under 60 years old. Guests aged 80 and above are not accepted.

Pregnant guests are kindly requested to inform our travel consultants at the time of booking for further advice. For safety reasons, guests who are five months pregnant or more are not permitted to join the tour.

Vietnamese citizens: Guests aged 14 years and above must present a valid original National ID Card or Passport. Children under 14 years old must provide the original or a notarized copy of their Birth Certificate.

Foreign nationals and overseas Vietnamese: Guests are required to carry a valid original Passport. If applicable, please also bring your valid Visa and Vietnam re-entry documents.

Please read the booking terms and conditions carefully before confirming your reservation. If someone books the tour on your behalf, please ensure you receive all relevant tour information.

The order of attractions may be adjusted depending on weather, traffic, or operational conditions while ensuring all scheduled sightseeing activities are included.

Vietnam Tourist shall not be held responsible for itinerary changes or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

Natural disasters such as storms, floods, droughts, or earthquakes.

Security incidents such as terrorism or public demonstrations.

Airline disruptions, including technical issues, security procedures, flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes.

In such cases, Vietnam Tourist will consider refunding the cost of unused services where possible after deducting any services already provided. No additional compensation shall apply.

I. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH LẺ GHÉP ĐOÀN:

1. Đặt dịch vụ trực tiếp tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
