Detailed tour schedule CHAU DOC – HA TIEN – PHU QUOC ISLAND DISCOVERY TOUR (4 Days 3 Nights)
HO CHI MINH CITY – LONG XUYEN – CHAU DOC – HA TIEN DISCOVERY (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
MORNING
05:00: Our guide and driver will pick you up at the designated meeting point in Ho Chi Minh City. Depart for Chau Doc, An Giang Province. Along the way, enjoy sightseeing, tour activities, and informative commentary from your guide.
07:00: Stop at a local restaurant for breakfast before continuing the journey to Chau Doc.
LUNCH
11:30: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in Long Xuyen City, followed by a short rest before continuing the trip.
AFTERNOON
14:00: Arrive in Chau Doc and check in to your hotel. After a short break, begin exploring some of the city's most famous landmarks:
- Visit Thoai Ngoc Hau Tomb, dedicated to one of the most renowned military mandarins of the Nguyen Dynasty.
- Visit Ba Chua Xu Temple, one of Southern Vietnam’s most important spiritual and pilgrimage sites.
- Visit Tay An Pagoda, a unique architectural and religious landmark blending Vietnamese and Indian influences.
16:00: Depart for Ha Tien and continue your journey through the beautiful Mekong Delta region.
EVENING
18:00: Arrive in Ha Tien. Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant before transferring to the hotel for check-in and relaxation.
Free at leisure to explore Ha Tien City at night, stroll along the waterfront, or discover the local atmosphere at your own pace.
Overnight in Ha Tien.

MORNING
06:00: Check out of the hotel and enjoy breakfast.
07:00: Transfer to Ha Tien Pier. Your tour guide will assist with the boarding procedures for the high-speed ferry to Phu Quoc Island. (Please bring your passport or valid identification document.)
07:30: Depart for Phu Quoc Island by high-speed ferry.
09:00: Arrive in Phu Quoc and begin your island exploration.
- Visit Tranh Stream, one of the island’s most picturesque natural attractions, where you may enjoy a leisurely walk or relax by the stream.
- Visit a local Bee Farm and learn about traditional honey production while sampling natural honey products.
- Explore a Pepper Farm and the island’s famous Sim Wine Factory, where you can learn about the production process and taste the renowned sim wine and myrtle honey specialties of Phu Quoc.
LUNCH
11:00: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
AFTERNOON
14:00: Visit Grand World Phu Quoc, the vibrant entertainment and lifestyle complex known as the "Sleepless City." Explore its iconic attractions, including the Bamboo Legend architectural masterpiece, Contemporary Art Park, Vietnam Quintessence Complex, and Teddy Bear Museum. Enjoy the romantic atmosphere inspired by the canals of Venice and admire the beautiful coastal scenery.
Nearby, you may choose to visit Vinpearl Safari Phu Quoc (entrance ticket not included), Vietnam’s first and largest semi-wildlife conservation park, covering 380 hectares and home to thousands of animals from around the world.
Alternatively, visit VinWonders Phu Quoc (entrance ticket not included), Vietnam’s largest theme park featuring six themed zones and a wide variety of exciting attractions, entertainment shows, and recreational activities.
EVENING
18:00: Free time to stroll around Grand World and enjoy local specialties at the vibrant food street area.
20:30: Transfer back to Duong Dong Town. Check in to your hotel and relax.
Overnight in Phu Quoc.
TOUR INCLUDES

Children Under 5 Years Old
- Free of charge.
- Parents are responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the child.
- Two adults may accompany one child free of charge.
- A second child will be charged 70% of the adult tour price.
- Includes a separate seat on the vehicle and one adult meal portion.
Children From 5 to Under 10 Years Old
- Charged at 70% of the adult tour price.
- Includes all tour services and a separate seat on the vehicle.
- Two adults may accompany one child at this rate.
- A second child will be charged the full adult rate.
Children From 10 Years Old and Above
- Charged at 100% of the adult tour price.
- For safety reasons, pregnant guests from 6 months onwards are not permitted to join the tour.
- No refunds will be provided for any unused services or sightseeing activities included in the itinerary.
- Guests aged from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a Health Declaration and Liability Waiver before departure.
- Vietnam Tourist shall not be held responsible for any changes, delays, or cancellations of sightseeing activities caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
(Not applicable during public holidays and peak travel periods. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as working days.)
Cancellation charges will be applied as follows:
- After booking confirmation: 30% of the total tour price.
- 7 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price.
- 3 days before departure: 70% of the total tour price.
- Within 24 hours prior to departure or in case of no-show: 100% of the total tour price.

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.
Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:
- Họ và tên
- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour
- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )
Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.
Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.
2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):
Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.
Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:
- Họ và tên
- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour
- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )
Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.
Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.
Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.
Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.
II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)
Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)
Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:
- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ
- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)
- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )
Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.
Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:
- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.
- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.
Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
