EVENING

23:00: Meet your Vietnam Tourist tour guide at the designated pick-up point at Mien Tay Bus Station (395 Kinh Duong Vuong Street, An Lac Ward, Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City).

Begin your 2-Day, 2-Night Con Dao Island Tour as your comfortable sleeper bus departs for Tran De Port in Soc Trang Province.

Overnight on the sleeper bus. During the journey, the bus will make a rest stop where you can relax and freshen up before continuing to the port.

For your convenience, pick-up is also available at designated locations along National Highway 1A via the Trung Luong Expressway route toward Tien Giang, subject to prior arrangement.

MORNING

05:00: Stop at a local restaurant to freshen up and enjoy breakfast.

07:00: Transfer to Tran De Port for check-in and boarding procedures.

08:00: Depart by high-speed ferry for Con Dao Island. During the journey, admire the pristine coastline, crystal-clear waters, and floating lobster farms scattered across the sea.

10:30: Arrive at Ben Dam Port, your gateway to Con Dao Island. From the pier, take in beautiful views of Hon Ba Island and Hon Vung Island before transferring to the town center.

On the scenic drive from Ben Dam Port to Con Dao Town, enjoy spectacular views of Love Peak, Nhat Beach, Shark Cape, and White Rock Beach.

NOON

11:00: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before checking in to your hotel and taking a short rest.

AFTERNOON

14:00: Meet your guide and begin exploring the historical heritage of Con Dao, once known as the "Hell on Earth."

Visit:

Con Dao Museum, where you will discover the island's history through a remarkable collection of artifacts, photographs, and historical documents.

Phu Son Prison and Phu Hai Prison, two of the oldest prison complexes on the island, where thousands of Vietnamese revolutionaries were once imprisoned.

Tiger Cages, the infamous prison cells where political prisoners endured some of the harshest conditions during the colonial era.

16:00: Continue to Dam Trau Beach, one of the most beautiful and unspoiled beaches on Con Dao Island. Along the way, admire scenic landmarks including Dat Doc Beach, Chim Chim Cape, and Tau Be Cape.

Before reaching the beach, stop at Mieu Cau, a shrine dedicated to Prince Cai, the son of Lord Nguyen Anh (later Emperor Gia Long) and Lady Hoang Phi Yen.

Enjoy free time to swim, relax on the sandy beach, or capture stunning photos of the island's spectacular coastal scenery.

18:00: Return to town for dinner at a local restaurant.

EVENING

20:00: Visit Hang Duong Cemetery, the final resting place of thousands of Vietnamese revolutionaries and patriots imprisoned on Con Dao between 1862 and 1975.

Pay your respects at the sacred tomb of Vo Thi Sau, one of Vietnam's most revered national heroines and a place of pilgrimage for visitors from across the country.

Afterward, enjoy free time to explore Con Dao Town at your own pace.

MORNING

06:00: Enjoy breakfast at a local restaurant.

07:00: Continue exploring the remaining highlights of Con Dao Island:

Nui Mot Pagoda (Van Son Tu): Visit this beautiful hilltop pagoda overlooking the entire island. Admire the peaceful surroundings and enjoy panoramic views of Con Dao, along with the picturesque lotus lake below.

Phi Yen Shrine (An Son Mieu): Visit the sacred shrine dedicated to Lady Phi Yen, the consort of Lord Nguyen Anh (later Emperor Gia Long). Learn about her legendary story and the important role she holds in the spiritual life of the island's residents.

Con Dao Market: Browse a variety of local specialties, including dried squid, one-sun-dried squid, fresh seafood packed for transport, and handcrafted souvenirs made from seashells and coconut shells.

Don't miss roasted tropical almond seeds (Hat Bang Rang) or candied tropical almond seeds (Mut Hat Bang), two of Con Dao's most famous local delicacies.

10:00: Return to the town center and check out of the hotel.

NOON

11:00: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

12:30: Board the high-speed ferry at Ben Dam Port and bid farewell to the sacred island of Con Dao as you journey back to Tran De Port in Soc Trang.

15:30: Arrive at Tran De Port and board the sleeper bus for the return trip to Ho Chi Minh City.

EVENING

21:00: Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City. You will be dropped off at the original meeting point, marking the end of your 2-Day, 2-Night Con Dao Island Tour.
