Detailed tour schedule CU LAO CAU FULL-DAY TOUR

DAY

HO CHI MINH CITY – CU LAO CAU ISLAND – VINEYARD VISIT – BAU TRANG WHITE SAND DUNES (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch)

MORNING:

03:00: Vietnam Tourist's professional tour guide and driver will pick you up at the designated meeting point in Mui Ne and depart for the Cu Lao Cau Island Day Tour.

06:30: Enjoy breakfast at a local restaurant. After breakfast, proceed to the pier and complete boarding procedures for the island excursion.

07:30: Board a high-speed boat to Cu Lao Cau Island. During the approximately 20-minute journey across the sea, take in panoramic views of the vast ocean, enjoy the refreshing sea breeze, and admire the stunning coastal scenery along the way.

08:00: Arrive at Cu Lao Cau Island. Accompanied by your tour guide, explore some of the island's most fascinating natural and cultural attractions, including Yen Cave, Tien Beach – widely regarded as the island's most beautiful beach, Ong Shrine, "Happiness Creek", and Turtle Rock Beach.

Along the way, admire the island's spectacular rocky coastline, often referred to as a natural stone fortress, where unique rock formations shaped by wind and waves create a truly remarkable landscape. Enjoy the pristine surroundings, crystal-clear waters, and excellent opportunities for photography and sightseeing.

10:30: Return to the island's coral reef area for swimming and snorkeling. Discover the vibrant underwater world of Cu Lao Cau, home to one of the region's most pristine coral ecosystems, featuring hundreds of coral species, colorful tropical fish, sea urchins, and other fascinating marine life.

Guests may also enjoy stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) and capture memorable photos against the island's crystal-clear waters and stunning coastal scenery. Free time to relax on the beach, swim in the turquoise sea, or explore the coral reefs directly from the shore.

LUNCH

12:30: Enjoy a delicious lunch on the island, featuring local specialties and fresh seafood. After lunch, free time to relax and enjoy the peaceful island atmosphere before departing.

AFTERNOON

14:00: Board the boat and return to the mainland.

14:30: Upon arrival, continue to a local Vineyard, where you can stroll among rows of grapevines and learn more about grape cultivation in the region. Enjoy complimentary grape products, including grape juice and locally produced wine.

One of the highlights of the visit is the opportunity to pick ripe grapes directly from the vines (subject to seasonal availability). The vineyard also offers a picturesque setting for photography, with beautiful grape-covered trellises creating the perfect backdrop for memorable travel photos.

15:30: Continue to Bau Trang (White Sand Dunes), one of the most spectacular natural attractions in Binh Thuan Province. Known for its vast stretches of white sand and stunning desert-like scenery, Bau Trang offers a unique landscape unlike anywhere else in Vietnam.

Take time to explore the dunes, enjoy the breathtaking views, and capture memorable photographs against the dramatic backdrop of rolling sand hills and the surrounding natural beauty.

For those seeking a more adventurous experience, optional Jeep rides across the sand dunes are available at an additional cost.

17:00: Depart for Ho Chi Minh City.

23:30: Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City. The vehicle will transfer guests back to the original pick-up points.

CHILDREN POLICY

Children aged 5 years and above: Charged at the full adult rate.

Children under 5 years old: Free of charge when sharing services with parents.

• Optional bus seat surcharge: VND 550,000 per seat. Meals will be shared with parents.

• Maximum one child under 5 years old per two adults. From the second child onward, a charge of 70% of the adult tour price will apply.

NOTES

- Prices for holidays and special events may include additional surcharges.

- The program sequence may change, but the total number of activities will remain the same.

- Guests must arrive at the pick-up point 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. Late arrivals after the vehicle has departed or cancellations without prior notice will incur a fee as if the tour was canceled on the departure day.

- Children must travel with their parents or provide a consent form to travel with relatives. They must bring a birth certificate or passport.

- Guests are responsible for managing their own money and personal belongings during the trip.

- When registering, guests must provide full details: full name, date of birth, ID number, issuance date, and place of issue.

- The tour program is considered an agreement between the customer and the company. Any complaints will be resolved based on the program details and receipt.

- Pregnant women beyond the 6th month are not allowed to join the tour for safety reasons.

Guests aged 70 to 75 years old are required to sign a health declaration with the company.

TOUR CANCELLATION

Cancellations are not accepted during public holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are excluded from the cancellation terms.

• If you cancel the tour, the following cancellation fees apply:

• If canceled after booking: 30% of the ticket price.

• If canceled 7 days before departure: 50% of the ticket price.

• If canceled 3 days before departure: 70% of the ticket price.

• If canceled within 24 hours before departure: 100% of the ticket price

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
