HO CHI MINH CITY – HANOI – HA LONG BAY CRUISE – SUNSET TEA EXPERIENCE (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
MORNING
04:00: Meet your Vietnam Tourist guide at the Domestic Terminal of Tan Son Nhat International Airport for check-in procedures before your flight to Hanoi, departing at 05:30.
07:30: Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, you will be welcomed by Vietnam Tourist's Hanoi team and transferred to a local restaurant for breakfast.
08:30: Depart for Ha Long Bay via one of Vietnam's newest expressways, enjoying the changing landscapes of the Red River Delta along the way.
11:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau International Marina and board your 4-star day cruise to begin an unforgettable journey through Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its spectacular limestone karsts and emerald waters.
As the cruise sails through the bay, admire iconic landmarks including the Stone Dog Islet, Incense Burner Islet, Ba Hang Area, and the famous Fighting Cocks Islet, one of Ha Long Bay's most recognizable natural symbols.
LUNCH
12:30: Enjoy a buffet lunch featuring a wide selection of Vietnamese and seafood specialties while cruising through the breathtaking seascape.
AFTERNOON
13:30: Visit Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave), the largest and one of the most impressive limestone caves in Ha Long Bay, famous for its magnificent stalactites and stalagmites.
14:30: Continue to Luon Cave, where you may choose to explore the tranquil lagoon by traditional bamboo boat or kayak (optional, at your own expense if applicable), gliding through crystal-clear waters surrounded by dramatic limestone cliffs.
15:30: Arrive at Ti Top Island, where you may relax on the sandy beach, swim in the emerald waters, or hike to the summit for breathtaking panoramic views of Ha Long Bay.
16:45: Return to the cruise and begin sailing back to the marina. Along the way, enjoy a relaxing Sunset Tea Experience with tea, fresh fruit, and light refreshments while taking in the stunning scenery of the bay.
18:00: Disembark at Tuan Chau Marina and transfer to a local restaurant for dinner.
After dinner, check in to your hotel in Ha Long City.

YEN TU MOUNTAIN – DONG PAGODA – BAI CHAY BEACH (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
MORNING
06:30: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
07:30: Depart for Yen Tu Mountain, one of Vietnam's most important Buddhist pilgrimage sites and the birthplace of the Truc Lam Zen tradition.
09:00: Upon arrival, begin your spiritual journey with the Hoang Long Cable Car, offering spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and forests.
Your first sightseeing stops include:
- Hue Quang Stupa Garden, home to the historic stupas of renowned Zen masters, including the sacred stupa of Emperor-Monk Trần Nhân Tông.
- Hoa Yen Pagoda, the spiritual heart of Yen Tu, where Emperor Tran Nhan Tong practiced meditation and established the Truc Lam Zen School.
- One-Roof Pagoda, a unique mountainside temple known for its peaceful atmosphere and distinctive architecture.
10:30: Continue your ascent aboard the Bach Long Cable Car toward the summit of Yen Tu Mountain.
Visit several of the mountain's most iconic landmarks, including:
- Dong Pagoda, Vietnam's highest bronze pagoda, perched at the summit of Yen Tu Mountain.
- An Ky Sinh Statue, a legendary natural rock formation associated with the famous Taoist hermit.
The impressive bronze statue of Trần Nhân Tông.
Heaven's Gate, a natural stone passage leading to Dong Pagoda.
Buddhist Stone Stele, an important spiritual landmark within the complex.
12:00: Descend by cable car to the mountain base.

12:30: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant near the foot of Yen Tu Mountain, featuring regional specialties from Northeast Vietnam.
AFTERNOON
14:00: Return to Ha Long City.
15:00: Check in to your hotel and enjoy some time to relax.
16:30: Spend the afternoon at Bai Chay Beach, one of northern Vietnam's most popular seaside destinations. Relax on the sandy beach, take a refreshing swim, or enjoy a leisurely stroll through the nearby waterfront promenade, cafés, and entertainment area.
18:30: Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.

08:00: The morning is yours to enjoy with one of the following options:
Option 1: Relax at the hotel or enjoy some free time exploring Ha Long City at your own pace.
Option 2: Visit Sun World Ha Long, one of northern Vietnam's premier entertainment complexes. Choose from a variety of attractions, including the Dragon Park, Typhoon Water Park, or the Queen Cable Car & Mystic Hill Complex. Entrance tickets are not included and are payable on-site.
10:30: Return to the hotel and check out.
LUNCH
12:00: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
AFTERNOON
13:00: Transfer to Noi Bai International Airport for your return flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Along the way, there will be a brief stop at a local specialty store where you may purchase regional products and souvenirs.
16:00: Arrive at the airport and complete check-in procedures for your flight.

TOUR INCLUDES
Transportation: Round-trip domestic airfare between Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi with Vietjet Air, including 7kg of carry-on baggage and 20kg of checked baggage. Travel throughout the tour in a modern, air-conditioned vehicle. Enjoy a scenic cruise aboard a 4-star day cruise while exploring Ha Long Bay.
Accommodation: Stay at carefully selected 3–4-star hotels with modern amenities. Room arrangements are based on 2–3 guests per room, subject to the group size.
Meals: Enjoy one local breakfast and two hotel buffet breakfasts, along with five set-menu meals featuring a variety of regional specialties throughout the journey.
Sightseeing: All entrance fees to attractions listed in the itinerary are included.
Travel Insurance: Domestic travel insurance with coverage of up to VND 30,000,000 per person per incident.
Professional Tour Guide: Friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced tour guide throughout the trip.
Complimentary Amenities: Vietnam Tourist travel hat, one 500ml bottle of drinking water per person per day, and a refreshing cold towel.
VAT: An 8% VAT surcharge applies if a VAT invoice is requested.
TOUR EXCLUDES
Personal Expenses: Laundry services, beverages, meals not specified in the itinerary, freshwater shower fees at sightseeing attractions, and other personal expenses.
Optional Activities: Entrance ticket to the Bach Long Glass Bridge is not included.
CHILD POLICY
Children under 2 years old: Airfare is not included. Other tour services are complimentary when sharing existing services with their parents or guardians. Any additional expenses are the responsibility of the accompanying adults. Every two paying adults may accompany one child free of charge. A second child and any additional children will be charged 50% of the adult tour price.
Children from 2 to under 6 years old: Round-trip airfare is included. Other tour services are complimentary when sharing existing services with their parents or guardians. Any additional expenses are the responsibility of the accompanying adults. Every two paying adults may accompany one child at this rate. A second child and any additional children will be charged 85% of the adult tour price.
Children from 6 to under 11 years old: Charged 85% of the adult tour price, including airfare, meals, sightseeing, travel insurance, and a separate seat on the vehicle. Children share existing bedding with their parents or guardians. Every two paying adults may accompany one child at this rate. A second child and any additional children will be charged the full adult tour price.
Children aged 11 years and above: Charged 100% of the adult tour price and receive the same services as adult passengers.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
A 70% deposit is required at the time of booking. Please provide a copy of your passport, national ID, or birth certificate (for children) to complete the reservation.
The remaining balance is payable to the tour guide at the beginning of the tour.
CANCELLATION POLICY
This tour is non-refundable and non-changeable. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. Please review your travel plans carefully before confirming your booking.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Health Requirements: Guests aged 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health declaration before departure. Guests aged 75 to under 80 years old must provide a medical certificate confirming they are fit to travel, sign a health declaration, and be accompanied by a companion under 60 years old in good health. Guests aged 80 years and above are not eligible to join the tour.
Pregnant Guests: Please inform our sales team at the time of booking if you are pregnant. For safety reasons, the tour is not available to guests who are over five months pregnant.
Travel Documents:
Vietnamese citizens: Guests aged 14 and above must carry a valid original National ID or passport. Children under 14 must present an original or certified copy of their birth certificate.
Foreign nationals and overseas Vietnamese: A valid passport, together with any required visa, residence permit, or re-entry documents, must be presented for airline check-in and travel.
Flight Information: Guests are responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided at the time of booking is accurate. Any costs arising from incorrect passenger information, late arrival at the airport, ticket changes, or reissuance will be borne by the guest in accordance with the airline's regulations.
After completing airline check-in, please keep your boarding pass safe and arrive at the boarding gate on time. Vietnam Tourist is not responsible for lost boarding passes or missed flights due to late boarding.
Baggage Allowance: The tour includes 7kg of carry-on baggage per guest (maximum dimensions: 56 × 36 × 23 cm). Additional checked baggage may be purchased directly with the airline according to your travel needs.
Airport Meeting Point: Guests are requested to make their own way to Tan Son Nhat International Airport – Domestic Terminal, arriving at least 2 hours before departure on regular travel days and 2.5 hours before departure during public holidays and peak travel periods.
Hotel Check-in & Check-out: Hotel check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out is before 12:00 PM. Room locations, floor levels, and bedding configurations are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Room Arrangements: Guests traveling alone are required to pay a single supplement. If another solo traveler of the same gender is available and agrees to share a room, the single supplement will be refunded. Groups of three adults will be accommodated in one triple room, typically consisting of one double bed and one extra bed.
Itinerary: The order of sightseeing may be adjusted due to operational conditions, weather, or traffic; however, all scheduled attractions and services will be provided whenever possible.
Force Majeure: Vietnam Tourist shall not be held responsible for changes or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, civil unrest, security incidents, or airline delays, cancellations, and operational issues. In such cases, any refundable unused services will be considered where possible after deducting costs already incurred. No additional compensation shall apply.
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the tour itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, booking conditions, and cancellation policy.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:
- Họ và tên
- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour
- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )
Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.
Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.
2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):
Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.
Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:
- Họ và tên
- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour
- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )
Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.
Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.
Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.
Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.
II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)
Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)
Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:
- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ
- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)
- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )
Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.
Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:
- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.
- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.
Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
