Detailed tour schedule HA LONG FULL-DAY TOUR
HANOI – TUAN CHAU ISLAND – HALONG BAY – STONE DOG ISLET – INCENSE BURNER ISLET – BA HANG FISHING VILLAGE – FIGHTING COCK ISLET – SUNG SOT CAVE – TITOP ISLAND – SUNSET TEA PARTY – TUAN CHAU MARINA – HANOI (Meal: Lunch)
MORNING:
08:00: The bus and the tour guide from Vietnam Tourist will pick you up at your hotel and depart for a full-day trip to Ha Long Bay – Tuan Chau Island via the modern expressways. Along the way, you can relax, enjoy the beautiful countryside views, or participate in fun activities organized by the tour guide.
11:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau International Marina and board the luxury cruise. Set sail across the breathtaking waters of Ha Long Bay, where thousands of limestone islands rise dramatically from the emerald sea, creating one of the most remarkable natural landscape in the world.
11:30: Continue cruising through the most spectacular areas of Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site recognized twice by UNESCO. Along the journey, you will admire some of the bay’s iconic landmarks, including Stone Dog Islet and Incense Burner Islet, as well as thousands of limestone islands and islets in a variety of unique shapes and formations.
The cruises will arrive at Ba Hang Area, famous for its picturesque water caves and tranquil surroundings, once known as one of the oldest fishing communities in Ha Long Bay.
12:00: The cruise approaches Fighting Cock Islet (Ga Choi Islet), the official symbols of Ha Long Bay. The cruise will slow down/anchor near the islet, allowing guests to relax and admire the incredible geological formations, and capture memorable photos of the breathtaking seascape.
NOON:
12h30: Enjoy a delicious buffet lunch on board with a selection of 30 fresh and flavorful dishes, offering a true taste of the sea.
AFTERNOON:
13:30: Arrive at Bo Hon Island and visit Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave), the largest and most magnificent cave in Ha Long Bay. Follow the stone path to explore its massive chambers adorned with thousands of spectacular, thousands-of-years-old stalactites and stalagmites.
14:30: Continue to Luon Cave, a unique water cave opening up to a secluded, serene lagoon surrounded by limestone cliffs. Here, guests can choose to explore the area by a traditional bamboo boat rowed by local residents, or go kayaking to discover the crystal-clear waters at your own pace (Optional - Personal expense).
15:30: Move to Titop Island, named after the Soviet cosmonaut Gherman Titov. Guests can relax on the white sandy beach, swim in the refreshing waters, or challenge themselves by hiking up 400 stone steps to the summit for a spectacular 360-degree panoramic view of Ha Long Bay.
16:45: Return to the cruise and begin the journey back to the harbor. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon tea with complimentary cakes, fresh fruits, and hot tea on the sundeck while taking in the final, magical sunset views of Ha Long Bay.
17:30: Disembark at Tuan Chau International Marina and board the bus for the return journey back to Hanoi.

TOUR INLUDES

6.Gifts: Vietnam Tourist travel hat, 500ml bottled water per day, and cold towels.

TOUR EXCLUDES
- Personal expenses : Laundry, meals outside the program, and freshwater shower services at sightseeing spots.
- Attractions: Entrance fees for any attractions not included in the itinerary.
CHILD POLICY
- Children under 5 years old: Free of charge. Each booking with two adults may include one child under 5 years old free of charge. From the second child onward, a charge of 50% of the tour price will apply.
- Children from 5 to under 10 years old: Charged at 70% of the adult rate. Each booking with two adults may include one child under 5 years old free of charge. From the second child onward, the full child rate will apply.
- Children 11 years old and above: Charged at the adult rate.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
- A 70% deposit is required at the time of booking. Guests are requested to provide a copy of their Passport, ID Card, or Birth Certificate (for children).
- The remaining balance is payable before the commencement of the tour
CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT POLICY
- After payment has been made, any request for tour cancellation or amendment must be submitted to Vietnam Tourist. Guests are required to present the Tour Registration Form to complete the necessary procedures. Requests made by phone or email must be followed by the submission of the Tour Registration Form within 24 hours from the time Vietnam Tourist receives the notification. This policy applies only to requests made at least 12 days prior to departure.
- Cancellation periods are calculated based on working days only, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- More than 30 days before departure: No cancellation or amendment fee.
- From 21 to 29 days before departure: A cancellation/amendment fee equivalent to 50% of the tour deposit will be charged.
- From 13 to 20 days before departure: A cancellation/amendment fee equivalent to 100% of the tour deposit (or 50% of the total tour price) will be charged.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Guests aged from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a Health Declaration Form with Vietnam Tourist. Guests aged 75 years and above must provide a medical certificate confirming their fitness to travel, issued by a licensed physician, and sign a Health Declaration Form with the Company. Guests in this age group must be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60 years old. Guests aged 80 years and above are not accepted.
- Pregnant guests are requested to inform our sales staff at the time of booking for further advice and assistance. For safety reasons, guests who are 5 months pregnant or more are not accepted.
- For Vietnamese citizens: Adults and children aged 14 years and above must carry a valid original ID Card or Passport. Children under 14 years old must carry an original Birth Certificate or a certified copy.
- For foreign nationals and overseas Vietnamese: A valid original Passport is required. Guests holding a Permanent Residence Card (Green Card) must also carry a valid Visa and relevant re-entry documents when required.

1. Đặt dịch vụ trực tiếp tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist
Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.
Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:
- Họ và tên
- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour
- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )
Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.
Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.
2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):
Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.
Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:
- Họ và tên
- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour
- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )
Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.
Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.
Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.
Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.
II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)
Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)
Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:
- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ
- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)
- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )
Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.
Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:
- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.
- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.
Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
