DAY

MORNING

07:00: Meet your Vietnam Tourist Hanoi Branch guide at the designated meeting point and depart for the Moc Chau 3D2N Tour.

09:00: Stop at Thung Khe Pass (White Stone Pass) in Mai Chau, one of Northwest Vietnam's most scenic mountain passes, where you can admire the spectacular mountain views and take memorable photos.

LUNCH

11:30: Arrive in Mai Chau and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant featuring authentic Northwest Vietnamese specialties.

AFTERNOON

12:30: Continue your journey to Moc Chau.

14:30: Visit the famous Heart Tea Hill, also known as Taiwan Tea Hill, where beautifully shaped tea plantations create one of Moc Chau's most iconic landscapes. Enjoy the fresh mountain air, take stunning photos, or experience tea picking.

15:30: Continue to Na Ka Plum Valley, renowned for its breathtaking seasonal landscapes. Depending on the time of your visit, you may enjoy:

January – March: White plum blossoms and peach blossoms.

April – May: Fresh plum picking and tasting.

June – November: Persimmon harvest season.

December – March: Strawberry gardens.

HAPPY LAND MOC CHAU – BACH LONG GLASS BRIDGE – BAN ANG PINE FOREST (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

MORNING

07:00: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.

08:00: Depart for Happy Land Moc Chau, one of the most popular attractions in Moc Chau, renowned for its colorful flower gardens and picturesque landscapes. Besides sightseeing and taking beautiful photos, you can also enjoy a variety of exciting cultural and recreational activities, including:

Experience life as a local farmer at Happy Farm, where you can feed sheep and goats, ride horses, watch horse racing, and interact with rabbits.

Discover the Highland Market, where you can try making traditional bamboo rice, pounding sticky rice cakes, enjoy gong performances, watch the traditional Xoe Dance, and join the lively bamboo dance.

Take part in traditional and adventure games such as Pao throwing, Con throwing, crossing the Monkey Bridge, grass sledding, Zorbing, water rolling balls, bumper balls, and giant swings.

Visit Happy Safari, where you can try archery, feed free-range chickens and local pigs, or catch fish in the stream.

Relax at the natural Infinity Pool or enjoy the refreshing Ban Flower Waterfall.

Complimentary electric shuttle service is available throughout the park for your convenience.

After exploring Happy Land, continue to the famous Bach Long Glass Bridge, one of the world's longest glass-bottom bridges, located in Muong Sang Commune, Moc Chau.

Stretching 632 meters across two mountain cliffs, the bridge offers spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding valleys and forests. Visitors can enjoy the thrilling sensation of walking high above the landscape while breathing in the fresh mountain air.

The attraction also features the exciting Glass Skywalk, which passes through Muong Mooc Cave and extends over a valley more than 100 meters deep, creating an unforgettable experience for adventure lovers.

Entrance ticket to Bach Long Glass Bridge is not included.

MOC CHAU - HA NOI (Meals: Breakfast & Lunch)

07:00: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.

08:00: Spend a relaxing morning in Moc Chau, where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air, explore local market stalls, and experience the unique culture of the Thai ethnic community by joining a traditional bamboo dance.

You will also have free time to explore Moc Chau Town, shop for local specialties, or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of this beautiful highland destination.

LUNCH

12:00: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

AFTERNOON

13:00: Depart for Hanoi. Along the way, stop at a local rest area where you can purchase specialties from Hoa Binh Province as souvenirs for your family and friends.

17:30: Arrive in Hanoi, where your driver and tour guide will drop you off at the designated point in the city center, marking the end of your Moc Chau 3D2N Tour.

1. Transportation: Modern air-conditioned tourist bus throughout the tour.

2. Accommodation: Comfortable 3-star hotel with modern amenities (2–3 guests per room).

3. Meals:

Breakfast: 02 buffet breakfasts at the hotel and 1 local breakfast (noodle dish and drink) on the first day.

Main Meals: 5 set-menu meals (VND 150,000 per person per meal) with varied menus each day.

4. Entrance Fees: All sightseeing and admission fees as specified in the itinerary.

5. Travel Insurance: Coverage of up to VND 30,000,000 per person per case.

6. Tour Guide: Professional, experienced, and friendly English-speaking tour guide throughout the tour.

7. Complimentary Gifts: Vietnam Tourist travel hat. One 500 ml bottle of drinking water per person per day and Cold towels.

8. VAT: 8% Value Added Tax (VAT).

TOUR EXCLUDES

Personal expenses such as laundry, beverages, meals not specified in the itinerary, freshwater shower fees at sightseeing attractions, and other personal expenditures.

Optional entrance fees, including: Bach Long Glass Bridge admission ticket (VND 650,000 per person) & Love Glass Bridge admission ticket (VND 150,000 per person).

CHILDREN POLICY

Children under 5 years old: Parents or accompanying adults are responsible for all meals, accommodation, and entrance fees (if applicable). Every two adults may accompany one child free of charge; a second child will be charged 50% of the tour price. An optional 30% tour price surcharge applies if a separate seat on the vehicle is requested.

Children from 5 to under 10 years old: Charged 70% of the adult tour price, including meals, a seat on the vehicle, and accommodation sharing a bed with accompanying adults. Every two adults may accompany one child at this rate; a second child will be charged the full adult rate.

Children aged 10 and above: Charged at the adult rate with the same services as adults.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

A 70% deposit is required at the time of booking, together with a copy of your passport, ID card, or birth certificate.

The remaining balance is payable to the tour guide at the beginning of the tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any request to change or cancel a tour must be made at the booking office with the original Booking Confirmation. Requests submitted by phone or email must be confirmed in person within 24 hours (applicable only for requests made at least 12 days before departure).

Cancellation periods are calculated based on working days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.

30 days or more before departure: No cancellation fee.

21–29 days before departure: Cancellation/change fee of 50% of the tour deposit.

13–20 days before departure: Cancellation/change fee of 100% of the tour deposit (or 50% of the total tour price).

IMPORTANT NOTES

Guests aged 70 to under 75 are required to sign a health declaration. Guests aged 75 and above must provide a medical certificate confirming they are fit to travel, sign a health declaration, and be accompanied by a healthy companion under the age of 60. Guests aged 80 and above are not accepted.

Pregnant guests are requested to inform our sales team at the time of booking. For safety reasons, guests who are 5 months pregnant or more cannot join the tour.

Vietnamese citizens: Guests aged 14 and above must carry a valid original ID card or passport. Children under 14 must present an original or notarized copy of their birth certificate.

Foreign nationals and overseas Vietnamese: A valid original passport and all required visa or immigration documents must be presented during the tour.

Please read the tour itinerary, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and booking conditions carefully before confirming your reservation. If someone books on your behalf, please ensure you receive all relevant tour information.

The order of sightseeing may be adjusted depending on actual conditions while ensuring all scheduled attractions are included.

Vietnam Tourist is not responsible for itinerary changes caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, security incidents, or airline operational issues such as delays, cancellations, or schedule changes.

In such cases, Vietnam Tourist will make every reasonable effort to refund the cost of any unused services, after deducting expenses already incurred. No additional compensation will be provided.

I. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH LẺ GHÉP ĐOÀN:

1. Đặt dịch vụ trực tiếp tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
