MORNING:
05:30: The Vietnam Tourist guide welcomes you at Tan Son Nhat Airport to assist with check-in for your flight to Phu Quoc (scheduled departure at 07:05).
Arrive at Phu Quoc Airport. The local team warmly welcomes the group and immediately begins the exciting journey to explore the southern part of the Pearl Island.
08:30: Sao Beach: Visit one of Phu Quoc's most breathtaking beaches, famous for its powdery white sand and turquoise waters. Enjoy free time for swimming and taking photos with the beautiful starfish.
09:30: Island-Hopping Speedboat Tour: Transfer to An Thoi Harbor and board a modern canoe/speedboat to explore the pristine outer islets:

Gam Ghi Island (Dam Ngang Islet): Known as the “Kingdom of Coral.” Enjoy snorkeling to admire vibrant coral reefs with provided equipment (snorkel, mask, and life jacket).

AFTERNOON:
13:00: Enjoy free time for sightseeing, taking photos, swimming at the beach or pool, and experiencing exciting water attractions such as water slides, the artificial wave pool, and the boomerang slide. The destination also features a dedicated children's play area with fun and educational activities designed to stimulate creativity and learning, making it a favorite attraction for families with young children.
15:30: World's Longest Cable Car: Board the legendary Hon Thom cable car system back to the mainland. Marvel at the spectacular, panoramic views of the sea and pristine forests from the world's longest three-rope sea-crossing cable car (over 7,899 meters).
16:00: Sunset Town (Mediterranean Town): Step into a colorful architectural wonderland inspired by elegant European coastal towns. Wander through Roman Square, admire the Venice Clock Tower, the iconic Pen Tower, and check in at the world-famous Kiss Bridge (Cau Hon).
18:00: Back to Duong Dong town center for dinner. After the meal, you will return to your hotel to rest.
EVENING: You are free to stroll around and explore Phu Quoc at night, shop for souvenirs, and enjoy local food at the Phu Quoc Night Market.

08:00: Choose Your Morning Activity:
- Option 1 (Relaxation): Free time to relax, sunbathe, or swim in the hotel pool.
- Option 2 (Theme Parks): Register to visit the famous Vinpearl Northern Complex (Combo tickets at guests' own expense).
08:30: For guests choosing Option 2, board the Vinpearl shuttle bus for a transfer to the entertainment paradise.
09:30: Vinpearl Safari & VinWonders: Arrive at the complex to begin your discovery:
- Explore Vinpearl Safari, Vietnam's first semi-wildlife conservation park.
- Experience VinWonders, the largest theme park in Vietnam, featuring 6 themed zones and over 100 groundbreaking activities across 50 hectares.
NOON:
Enjoy lunch at your own expense with a wide choice of restaurants inside the Vinpearl complex.
AFTERNOON:
13:00: The tour guide coordinates and reunites the groups from both options to transfer to Grand World Phu Quoc, a spectacular "miniature Europe" on the Pearl Island.
14:00: Grand World Exploration: Spend your afternoon capturing stunning photos and exploring this vibrant sleepless paradise:

13:00: Phu Quoc East Island Exploration: Board the coach to discover the unique traditional crafts and natural beauty of the island's eastern region:
Tranh Stream: Visit one of Phu Quoc's most scenic natural attractions. Enjoy a peaceful walk under the forest canopy, take photos of the rocky waterfalls, or safely refresh yourself in the cool stream water.
Local Bee Farm: Take an educational tour to learn about the ecological beekeeping process and organic honey production.
Pepper Farm & Sim Wine Facility: Visit a lush green pepper garden, then explore the island's largest Sim (myrtle fruit) hill. Learn how locals ferment the wild fruit into famous specialties and enjoy complimentary tastings of rich Sim wine and Sim honey.
15:30: Transfer directly to Phu Quoc Airport. The tour guide will assist the group with luggage and airport check-in procedures for the flight back to Ho Chi Minh City (scheduled departure at 17:15).

IMPORTANT NOTE
- No refunds will be given for guests who do not participate in scheduled sightseeing activities.
- Guests aged from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health commitment with the company.
- Vietnam Tourist will not be responsible for guaranteeing sightseeing visits in cases of force majeure, including natural disasters such as storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes, etc.

OTHER NOTES / ADDITIONL INFORMATION
- Guests aged from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health commitment with the company. Guests aged 75 and above must provide a medical certificate confirming full fitness for international travel issued by a licensed doctor, along with a health commitment signed with the company. They must also be accompanied by a relative under 60 years old who is in good health. Guests aged 80 and above are not accepted.
- For foreign nationals / overseas Vietnamese: When joining the tour, guests must bring a valid original passport, or a permanent resident card (green card) together with a visa and re-entry permit for Vietnam in order to complete airline procedures.
- In case passengers provide incorrect names or arrive late for the flight, they will be responsible for paying any ticket change fees or purchasing new tickets according to the airline’s regulations (subject to seat availability).
- After completing check-in procedures and receiving the boarding pass, passengers are advised to keep it carefully and ensure boarding on time. Vietnam Tourist is not responsible in cases where passengers lose their boarding pass or fail to board the flight on time as scheduled by the airline.
Baggage Information for the Tour
• Carry-on baggage: Maximum 7kg per passenger, with dimensions not exceeding 56cm x 36cm x 23cm.
- Check-in time at the airport: at least 2 hours before departure (normal days), and at least 2 hours 30 minutes before departure (holidays and peak seasons).
- Passengers are kindly advised to carefully review the ticket terms and conditions before registering for the tour. If the tour is booked through a third party, please ensure that you receive full and accurate information from the person making the booking on your behalf.
- Hotel check-in time: after 14:00 (2:00 PM).
- Hotel check-out time: before 12:00 (12:00 PM).
- Hotel/resort rooms may be subject to actual availability and may not always be adjacent, on the same floor, or match the requested bed type (double or twin). Room arrangements depend on the conditions of each hotel/resort.
- In the case that a passenger travels alone, a single room supplement is required. If another single traveler of the same gender is available and agrees to share a room, Vietnam Tourist will refund the single room supplement to the guest.
- For groups of three adults, Vietnam Tourist will arrange one triple room (including 1 double bed 1.6m and 1 extra bed/mattress).
- When registering for the tour, Guests are kindly requested to carefully read the itinerary, tour price, inclusions and exclusions, as well as cancellation terms stated on the payment receipt. If the tour is not booked directly by the passenger but through a third party, the passenger is responsible for obtaining full program details from the person who made the booking.
- Flight schedules are subject to airline operations and may be changed without prior notice in some cases.
- Depending on actual conditions, the order of sightseeing locations may be adjusted while still ensuring that all destinations listed in the program are fully included.
Vietnam Tourist shall not be responsible for guaranteeing sightseeing services in the following cases:
• Natural disasters: storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes, etc.
• Security incidents: terrorism, protests
• Aviation issues: technical problems, security issues, flight delays, cancellations, or rescheduling
- In the event of the above circumstances, Vietnam Tourist will consider refunding the cost of unused sightseeing services where possible (after deducting expenses for services already provided, such as visa processing fees). No additional compensation will be offered under any circumstances.

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.
Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:
- Họ và tên
- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour
- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )
Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.
Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.
2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):
Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.
Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:
- Họ và tên
- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour
- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )
Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.
Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.
Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.
Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.
II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)
Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)
Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:
- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ
- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)
- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )
Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.
Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:
- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.
- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.
Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
