MORNING

05:45: The Vietnam Tourist guide welcomes you at Tan Son Nhat Airport to assist with check-in procedures for your flight to Phu Quoc

(Sunworld Phu Quoc/Vietjet - scheduled departure at 07:05 AM).

- Arrive at Phu Quoc Airport. The local team warmly welcomes the group and immediately begins the exciting journey to explore the southern part of the Pearl Island

08:00: Our guide and driver will pick up guests and begin the South Island Discovery tour. Transfer to AN THOI PORT, where a speedboat will take guests on a journey to explore the beautiful islands of Phu Quoc Archipelago.

09:30: Arrive at An Thoi Harbor, you will board a speedboat to begin the journey exploring the beautiful islands of Phu Quoc Pearl Island:

- Gam Ghi Island (Dam Ngang Islet): Known as the “Kingdom of Coral.” Enjoy snorkeling to admire vibrant coral reefs with provided equipment (snorkel, mask, and life jacket).

- Coral Park: Option to experience the unique Seawalker tour (walking under the sea) or advanced scuba diving (self-paid, optional at guests' own expense).

- Mong Tay & May Rut Islands: Free time to relax, swim, and soak in the ultimate tropical beach vibe.

11:00: To continue by speedboat to Hon Thom Island, one of the most popular destinations for both domestic and international travelers. Upon arrival at Sun World Hon Thom, guests can immerse themselves in the island’s pristine natural beauty, featuring white sandy beaches and crystal-clear turquoise water.

LUNCH:
12:00: Enjoy a buffet lunch at a restaurant on Hon Thom Island.

AFTERNOON:
13:00: Free to explore, take photos, swim at the beach or pool, and experience thrilling activities such as water slides, artificial surfing, boomerang slides, and more. In addition, the area also features a children’s playground with light educational games designed to stimulate creativity and learning, making it a favorite attraction for many families.

15:30: Going to the Hon Thom Cable Car back to the mainland. Recognized as the world’s longest three-wire cable car system with a total length of over 7,899 meters, the journey takes approximately 15 minutes. From above, you can admire panoramic views of crystal-clear turquoise waters, untouched forests, vast open skies, and the golden sandy beaches of Phu Quoc.

16:00: Continue visiting Sunset Town, also known as the Mediterranean Town – a rising destination on the global tourism map, famous for its romantic Mediterranean-inspired architecture and iconic attractions such as Kiss Bridge, Vortex Show, Roman Square, Pen Tower, and Venice Clock Tower. It is considered a must-visit destination for travel enthusiasts from around the world.

EVENING:
Free to explore Phu Quoc at night, enjoy local cuisine, shop for souvenirs, or stroll around the lively Phu Quoc Night Market.

DAY2

VINPEARL SAFARI – VINWONDERS THEME PARK – GRAND WORLD – COLORS OF VENICE SHOW (Meals: Breakfast , Lunch , Dinner)

MORNING:
07:00: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.

08:30: Depart for the northern part of Phu Quoc Island to explore and enjoy exciting experiences at Vinpearl.
(Special note: The tour includes a combo ticket to Vinpearl Safari and VinWonders Phu Quoc, along with a buffet lunch featuring a wide variety of delicious dishes.)

09:30: Arrive at Vinpearl Phu Quoc.The tour guide will assist with the electric shuttle transfer to begin exploring Vinpearl Safari – the first and largest semi-wildlife conservation park in Vietnam, developed following international safari standards. Covering an area of 380 hectares, the park is home to over 4,500 animals, 1,200 plant species, and more than 200 species of rare wildlife.

22:30: Return to Duong Dong Town for hotel check-in and relaxation.

TRANH STREAM – PEPPER FARM – BEE FARM – PHU QUOC PRISON (COCONUT TREE PRISON) – FISH SAUCE FACTORY – HO QUOC PAGODA – SUNSET SANATO BEACH (Meals: Breakfast , Lunch , Dinner)

MORNING:

07:30: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.

08h30: Continue the journey to explore the eastern side of Phu Quoc Island:

- Visit Tranh Stream, one of the most beautiful natural streams in Phu Quoc, where visitors may relax and enjoy the fresh surroundings or swim in the stream if desired.

- Explore a local bee farm and learn about the traditional honey harvesting process.

- Visit a pepper farm and a local sim wine production facility located on the island’s largest sim hill. Guests can explore the sim garden and enjoy tasting the famous Phu Quoc sim wine and sim honey specialties.

- Visit a traditional Phu Quoc fish sauce factory, well known for producing premium fish sauce with high nutritional value, made from fresh anchovies such as Black Anchovy and Striped Anchovy.

11:00: Transfer to a local restaurant for lunch.

LUNCH:
11:30: Enjoy lunch at the restaurant.
After lunch, return to the hotel for a short rest.

AFTERNOON:
14:00: Visit Ho Quoc Pagoda (Truc Lam Ho Quoc Zen Monastery), the largest pagoda on Phu Quoc Island as well as in the Mekong Delta region. Surrounded by mountains and overlooking the sea, the pagoda offers a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful panoramic views.

15:00: Continue to Phu Quoc Prison, also known as Coconut Tree Prison, a historical site that vividly recreates the heroic struggles of Vietnamese revolutionary soldiers during the war for national independence. Visitors can gain deeper insight into the harsh prison conditions and brutal torture methods once used here, earning the prison the name “Hell on Earth” during wartime. The site stands as a powerful reminder of the cruelty of colonial and imperial regimes in Vietnam’s history.

16:00: Arrive at Sunset Sanato Phu Quoc, a famous destination not only for its soft white sandy beach and crystal-clear turquoise water, but also for its breathtaking sunset views. In the late afternoon, the sky is painted with vibrant shades of orange, red, and purple, creating a truly unforgettable scenery. The peaceful beach atmosphere combined with the stunning sunset makes this the perfect spot for beautiful check-in photos and relaxing moments by the sea.

17:30: Dinner at a local restaurant. After dinner, transfer back to the hotel for relaxation.

EVENING:
Free time to explore Phu Quoc at night, enjoy local specialties, shop for souvenirs, or stroll around the lively Phu Quoc Night Market.

PHU QUOC - HO CHI MINH CITY (Meal: Breakfast)

07:00 – 08:00: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Spend your remaining free time sunbathing, swimming at the beach, or relaxing by the hotel swimming pool.

10:00: Complete the hotel check-out process. Our driver and guide will transfer you directly to Phu Quoc Airport to assist with check-in procedures for your return flight to Ho Chi Minh City (scheduled departure at 11:30 AM).

NOON: Arrive back in Ho Chi Minh City.

CHILDREN POLICY

Each 2 adults may accompany only 1 child under this policy; the second child will be charged 50% of the adult tour price.

- Children from 2 to under 5 years old: Includes airfare. Other tour services are free of charge and shared with parents. Parents are responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the child. Each 2 adults may accompany only 1 child under this policy; the second child will be charged 85% of the adult tour price.

- Children from 5 to under 10 years old: Charged at 85% of the adult tour price, including all tour services and a separate seat on the vehicle. No extra bed is provided; children will share a bed with parents. Each 2 adults may accompany only 1 child under this policy; the second child will be charged at the adult rate.

- Children from 10 years old and above: Charged 100% of the adult tour price .

NOTE/IMPORTAN INFORMATION

- Pregnant guests from 6 months (24 weeks) and above are not accepted to join the tour for safety reasons.

- No refunds will be given for guests who do not participate in scheduled sightseeing activities.

- Guests aged from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health commitment with the company.

- Vietnam Tourist will not be responsible for guaranteeing sightseeing visits in cases of force majeure, including natural disasters such as storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes, etc.

CANCELLATION POLICY

NOTE: TOUR IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-CANCELLABLE

OTHER NOTES

- Guests aged from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health commitment with the company. Guests aged 75 and above must provide a medical certificate confirming full fitness for international travel issued by a licensed doctor, along with a health commitment signed with the company. They must also be accompanied by a relative under 60 years old who is in good health. Guests aged 80 and above are not accepted.

- Pregnant guests are kindly requested to inform the sales staff at the time of booking for further consultation. Pregnant guests from 5 months (20 weeks) and above are not accepted for safety reasons.

- For Vietnamese citizens: When joining the tour, children from 14 years old and above, as well as adults, must bring their original valid ID card (CMND) or passport with clear photo (ID cards are valid for no more than 15 years from the date of issue) / or a birth certificate (original or notarized copy) for children under 14 years old.

- For foreign nationals / overseas Vietnamese: When joining the tour, guests must bring a valid original passport, or a permanent resident card (green card) together with a visa and re-entry permit for Vietnam in order to complete airline procedures.

- In case passengers provide incorrect names or arrive late for the flight, they will be responsible for paying any ticket change fees or purchasing new tickets according to the airline’s regulations (subject to seat availability).

- After completing check-in procedures and receiving the boarding pass, passengers are advised to keep it carefully and ensure boarding on time. Vietnam Tourist is not responsible in cases where passengers lose their boarding pass or fail to board the flight on time as scheduled by the airline.
Baggage Information for the Tour:

Carry-on baggage: Maximum 7kg per passenger, with dimensions not exceeding 56cm x 36cm x 23cm.

- Checked baggage: Each passenger is entitled to 20kg of checked baggage. (Power banks and electronic devices with batteries are not permitted in checked baggage.)

- Meeting Point Information: Passengers are required to arrange their own transportation to Tan Son Nhat International Airport – Domestic Terminal.

- Check-in time at the airport: at least 2 hours before departure (normal days), and at least 2 hours 30 minutes before departure (holidays and peak seasons).

- Passengers are kindly advised to carefully review the ticket terms and conditions before registering for the tour. If the tour is booked through a third party, please ensure that you receive full and accurate information from the person making the booking on your behalf.

- Hotel check-in time: after 14:00 (2:00 PM).

- Hotel check-out time: before 12:00 (12:00 PM).

- Hotel/resort rooms may be subject to actual availability and may not always be adjacent, on the same floor, or match the requested bed type (double or twin). Room arrangements depend on the conditions of each hotel/resort.

- In the case that a passenger travels alone, a single room supplement is required. If another single traveler of the same gender is available and agrees to share a room, Vietnam Tourist will refund the single room supplement to the guest.

- For groups of three adults, Vietnam Tourist will arrange one triple room (including 1 double bed 1.6m and 1 extra bed/mattress)

- When registering for the tour, passengers are kindly requested to carefully read the itinerary, tour price, inclusions and exclusions, as well as cancellation terms stated on the payment receipt. If the tour is not booked directly by the passenger but through a third party, the passenger is responsible for obtaining full program details from the person who made the booking.

- Flight schedules are subject to airline operations and may be changed without prior notice in some cases.

- Depending on actual conditions, the order of sightseeing locations may be adjusted while still ensuring that all destinations listed in the program are fully included.

- Vietnam Tourist shall not be responsible for guaranteeing sightseeing services in the following cases:
- Natural disasters: storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes, etc.
- Security incidents: terrorism, protests
- Aviation issues: technical problems, security issues, flight delays, cancellations, or rescheduling

- In the event of the above circumstances, Vietnam Tourist will consider refunding the cost of unused sightseeing services where possible (after deducting expenses for services already provided, such as visa processing fees). No additional compensation will be offered under any circumstances.

1. Đặt dịch vụ trực tiếp tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
