DAY

HO CHI MINH CITY – PHAN THIET – PHU QUY ISLAND (Meals: Lunch & Dinner)

MORNING

03:00: The vehicle and tour guide from VIETNAM TOURIST will pick you up at the designated meeting point and depart for the 2-Day 1-Night Phu Quy Island Tour. Overnight on the coach.

PICK-UP POINTS

Pick up point 1: VIETNAM TOURIST Office – 54 D9 Street, Tay Thanh Ward, Tan Phu District (03:00)

Pick up point 2: Pico Plaza (Lotte Cong Hoa), 20 Cong Hoa Street, Ward 12, Tan Binh District (03:10)

Pick up point 3: Youth Cultural House – 6 Pham Ngoc Thach Street, District 1 (03:30)

Pick up point: ACB Bank – 278 Xo Viet Nghe Tinh Street, Ward 21, Binh Thanh District (03:45)

Pick up point: Thu Duc Intersection – District 9 Police Station, 9 Hanoi Highway, Hiep Phu Ward, District 9 (04:00)

06:00: Arrive in Phan Thiet City. Stop at a local restaurant for personal refreshment and breakfast.

07:00: Transfer to Phan Thiet Port to complete boarding procedures for the high-speed ferry to Phu Quy Island.

09:30: Arrive at Phu Quy Island. The tour guide will hand over a motorbike (2 guests per bike) for transportation around the island throughout your stay.

10:00: Check in to the hotel and relax.

LUNCH

11:00: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

AFTERNOON

14:30: Visit the Sovereignty Flagpole of Phu Quy Island, a symbolic landmark representing Vietnam's maritime sovereignty. Here, you will learn about the islanders' efforts to safeguard the country's seas and islands. You will also visit Bai Nho (Small Beach), a small yet breathtaking beach famous for its crystal-clear water and dramatic coastal scenery.

15:00: Continue to Ganh Hang, one of the island's most spectacular natural attractions. From here, you'll enjoy panoramic views of a secluded beach embraced by towering limestone cliffs and a picturesque pathway leading down to the sea.

15:30: Board a local fishing boat and cruise to Hon Tranh or Hon Da Den, two of the most beautiful spots around Phu Quy Island. With incredibly clear turquoise water, this is the perfect place to swim, snorkel among vibrant coral reefs, or simply relax and enjoy the pristine marine environment. Guests may also experience fishing with local fishermen.

17:00: Relax and swim at Trieu Duong Bay, the largest and most beautiful beach on Phu Quy Island. Known for its soft white sand, crystal-clear water, and untouched natural beauty, this peaceful beach offers an unforgettable seaside experience.

17:30: Return to the hotel for a shower and some leisure time.

19:00: Enjoy a delicious BBQ seafood dinner at a local restaurant.

EVENING

Free time to explore the peaceful atmosphere of Phu Quy Island at night.

DAY2

PHU QUY ISLAND – CAO CAT MOUNTAIN – LINH SON PAGODA – PHU QUY PORT – PHAN THIET PORT – HO CHI MINH CITY (Meals: Breakfast & Lunch)

MORNING

Wake up early to admire the beautiful sunrise and enjoy a refreshing swim at the beach.

06:30: Enjoy breakfast.

07:00: Continue to Cao Cat Mountain, rising approximately 106 meters above sea level and home to the ancient Linh Son Pagoda, which sits gracefully on its summit. Blessed with unspoiled natural beauty, dramatic rock formations, and breathtaking panoramic views, this destination is often referred to as the "Grand Canyon of Vietnam." Every year, Cao Cat Mountain attracts countless visitors who come to admire its spectacular scenery and capture unforgettable photos.

09:30: Check out of the hotel.

10:00: Transfer to Phu Quy Port to board the 11:00 high-speed ferry back to Phan Thiet.

AFTERNOON

13:30: Arrive at Phan Thiet Port. Your vehicle will transfer you to a local restaurant for lunch.

14:30: Depart for Ho Chi Minh City.

TOUR INCLUDES

1. Transportation

Modern air-conditioned tourist vehicle throughout the tour.

Round-trip high-speed ferry between Phan Thiet Port and Phu Quy Island.

2. Accommodation

Standard hotel accommodation on Phu Quy Island.

Quad-sharing rooms (4 guests per room).

A surcharge of VND 100,000 per room per night applies for triple occupancy.

3. Meals

Breakfast: 2 local breakfasts (noodle dish & drink – VND 65,000 per serving).

Main Meals: 2 set-menu meals (VND 160,000 per person per meal) and 1 BBQ seafood dinner (VND 250,000 per person). Menus feature a variety of fresh local specialties and change daily.

4. Complimentary Gifts: Vietnam Tourist hat. 01 bottle of drinking water per person per day.Cold towel.

5. Tour Guide: Professional, friendly, and experienced English-speaking tour guide throughout the trip.

6. Travel Insurance: Travel insurance with a maximum coverage of VND 30,000,000 per case.

7. VAT: 8% Value Added Tax (VAT).

CHILD POLICY

Children under 5 years old: Tour is free of charge; however, a separate seat on the vehicle must be purchased. Every two adults may accompany one child under 5 years old. A second child will be charged 50% of the adult tour price.

Children from 5 to under 10 years old: Charged 70% of the adult tour price. Every two adults may accompany one child. A second child will be charged the full adult tour price.

Children aged 11 years and above: Charged 100% of the adult tour price and receive the same services as adults.

NOTES

A surcharge applies during public holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year).

The itinerary may be adjusted due to operational conditions; however, all scheduled attractions and services will remain unchanged.

Please arrive at the designated pick-up point at least 15 minutes before departure. Guests who arrive late after the vehicle has departed or cancel without prior notice will be charged the same fee as a cancellation on the departure date.

Guests must carry the original National ID Card or Passport. Without valid identification, guests may not be permitted to travel to the island. Please travel with light luggage.

Children must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. If traveling with relatives, a parental authorization letter may be required. Children should also carry their birth certificate or passport.

Guests are responsible for safeguarding their own cash, valuables, and personal belongings throughout the tour.

At the time of booking, please provide your full name, year of birth, ID/Passport number, date of issue, and place of issue.

The tour program serves as the agreement between the customer and Vietnam Tourist. Any inquiries or claims will be resolved based on the tour program and payment receipt.

For safety reasons, the tour is not available for pregnant women who are six (6) months or more into their pregnancy.

Guests aged 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a Health Declaration and Liability Waiver before joining the tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY

(Not applicable during public holidays and Tet. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as business days.)

If you cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges will apply:

After booking confirmation: 30% of the total tour price.

7 days or more before departure: 50% of the total tour price.

3 days before departure: 70% of the total tour price.

Within 24 hours of departure or no-show: 100% of the total tour price.

1. Đặt dịch vụ trực tiếp tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
